If I could give this store zero stars I would. No wonder it’s going out of business you have to wait forever to get fabric cut and then manager has horrible customer service and the store is a mess. If you have a giant line of people waiting to get fabric cut acknowledge them and tell them you will be right with them. Also you have another employees working have them cut fabric? They were sweeping for whatever reason and to add to it sweeping around all the crap on the ground. Worse Joann’s I’ve ever been too!

This location is always hit or miss. The aisles can be a mess, or sometimes neat. Definitely depends on the staffing that they’re provided. Always great service regardless

Ive always loved Joannes but this one is terrible! They are never properly staffed, no one is ever willing to help you! I was literally just there and with 2 people in the checkout line the cashier told me to go wait in the line where the lady was cutting fabric that had 7 people in line. I told her it didnt make sense for me to stand in that line for two cans of spray paint that they decided to lock up so she told me she would help me right after tge next customer when i came back to see what was taking so long she had started checking out more people which i knew would happen. It's absolutely pathetic i walked out.

I remember my Mom always take us to Joann Fabric YEARS ago, and things are very ORGANIZED and CLEAN. But yesterday, this place to my dismay is UNORGANIZED! I was walking from one aisle to another and didn't see the bin filled with shelf fence to keep items from being mixed with other and my shin hitted the bin, cause I didn't see it sitting on the floor which is safety hazard. Someone could of fall down. Unorganized and disarrayed, this place looks like a Dirt Cheap Department store in Smyrna,TN if you ask. I am not for sure about understaffed or having skeleton crew. Wished this store the best.

Wow this place was horrible inside! I've never seen so many adult workers in a place so unkempt, ignoring the disarray. Joann fabrics used to have a good reputation back in the day which is why I drove the extra miles to find what I needed -which they didn't have- but I was appalled at the mess worse than a teenagers room. I didn't think I'd have to check the reviews first but I'll never go there again cuz it's dirty. I was seriously shocked.

There return policy is a hassle. If you buy fabric and take home and cut or anything they won't return it! Never bought fabric with them before. So dumb!

Just left this chaos without purchasing anything. Every aisle is halfway blocked with carts, boxes, etc... I got tired of trying to manipulate my way thru. There is no way that this is safe or handicap compliant. It was ridiculous. Every time I go into a Joann's it looks more and more like a Big Lots or Ollies.

I stopped by the store to get cotton yarn and a pair of needles. I love an hour from any Joanne’s. They had about 8 pairs of needles in stock. The clerk said they hasn’t had a shipment in 3 weeks and everything just came in and was in boxes. At check out the registers didn’t work. I understand things happen. I wasn’t angry, but left saying I’d be back. It would have helped if there had been an I’m sorry. I felt like an added problem and ordered from Amazon.

placed an order online for 2 items. One item was cancelled. I figured it was due to being out of stock. I went to pick my items up today only to find the item that was cancelled on the shelf. So I grabbed it and stood in line for 15 mins. They rang it up and I interjected the fact that it was ordered online and they cancelled it for no reason so I expected it for the sale price since it was their bad. He did give me the sale price which is why i left a 2 star and not 1. I have no clue why the other item was cancelled there was no explanation. makes me think it was just laziness on someone's part to not want to walk to the spot to get it.

Drove 45 minutes to use in-store only coupon for an item that claimed 2 in stock. I could understand the item MAYBE selling out before I got there but looking at the shelves I feel there is a bigger problem. This was the crochet hook/knitting needle aisle.

Such a low inventory, I’ve never seen anything like it. There was hardly any crochet supplies. Disappointing. Also prices are way too high.

I was just in the Murfreesboro location and found it almost impossible to shop in. The store is an absolute mess! Boxes and crates blocking aisles. Shelves are not stocked and what is stocked is in pure disarray. It seems like they need some more staff or better staff that will actually work!

Joann as a company has to do better. You are setting this store up for failure. It is obvious because one day the store is full of help the next it is a skeleton crew. I know coming from that very retail environment it starts from the top. This is obviously bonus time and your focus is on your money. This is sad! The store can only do what is allowed. There are boxes everywhere because they don't have help and lines down the isles. If the internet says its in the store it should not be in a box in the back because it can't be put out. You will continue to loose staff at that rate. For what you pay I am not sure why they stay. Do better Corp!! I have been a life long Joann customer. I have watched the turnover. This is sad
