Very uncomfortable atmosphere consisting of employees obsessing over sales and meeting quota. My husband and I came in to pick up an online order he had made through Affirm. We do this often so we can get in and out, as well as pay off whatever it is on our own time. The manager loudly berated us about how we used a third party app instead of coming in to shop, and told us we should be using a temporary card in-store, which is created by the app, just so they can get their piece of the pie. The main character energy here is wild! This man actually told me that I should stand around in their store and apply for a temp card JUST for their conveniency…. My husband and I do not live and operate to supplement a sales associate’s numbers that they pull. Life is too short and the economy is too screwed for me to give a rats flying booty about how the company that you’re working for has such a chokehold on you, you feel you must harass customers who want to save face and not be bothered by the annoying selling tactics that are forced on us upon entering! We don’t have money for all the things you want to upsell to us, and we don’t want to awkwardly talk with you about it either! :-)

Very rude clerk on 4/29/23. Day shift.Was there with my elderly mother to purchase at least two pairs of shoes but was so disappointed with the attitude of the store clerk we walked out.

Definitely my favorite shoe store! I love to go in here and just talk shoes with staff. I always buy something too LOL These people are extremely enthusiastic about shoes and if you love shoes you should go here.
