If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. From start to finish they have been a dream to work with. My brand new Maytag washer started throwing me a drain error code. Made an appointment on the Maytag App and a tech was scheduled to come out in two days. Jaden came out and assessed the error, and repaired our washer. The whole experience was excellent! Jaden is friendly, fast and efficient!! Would 100% recommend this company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Just horrendous all around. Whirlpool contacted them to come do a service call on a dryer we bought from Lowes. The techs name was Wesley, he came in, tested the outlet, then stated we had a power problem. He told me I need to call an electrician. One came stated power was fine. So Wesley came back out, same story. All he did was test outlet again with voltmeter. Never touched the dryer! Long story short, I asked him to wait for electrician to return (I called him he was on his way). Wesley flipped out, told him I would pay him after electrician arrived. 179 bucks for him to retest voltage!! My electrician came arrived in 15 mins, rewired the inside wires in dryer. Brand new dryer that had neutral wires rigged in wrong spot internally. Boom it worked. Argued with the rude lady Chelsea about how Wesley didn't even check the dryer. In and out in 5 mins. Lazy approach. How about investigate the dryer and do your job. The new dryer was wired wrong from manufacturer. Y'all would know that if u actually checked the dryer. Thank you Lee company (Mark) who actually fixed it for no extra charge. DO NOT USE KENS APPLIANCE!!!

Jesse was the best Technician! He was very thorough and thoughtful with the repair. He went over every detail and went above and beyond to get everything completed in one visit.I would definitely use them again!

Total crooks. Our whirlpool refrigerator needs replaced because the condenser keeps failing every other month since October 2023. It takes 3 weeks to schedule and repair each time. Whirlpool has asked Ken’s appliance to recommend replacement which Ken’s appliance refuses to do so. This company only wants to collect warranty service fees from the manufacturer.

We have had repeated problems with water leaking from the ice maker and freezing on the bottom of the freezer. Your team replaced the ice maker first time, then the dual water value the second time. The third visit was the winner! Seth reduced the pressure that the water was flowing into the unit and this stopped my problem. No leaking since. I’m beyond thrilled. I was expecting to have to turn off that ice maker and just use another refrigerator I have for ice. Seth did a great job working out my problem.

To all the middle TN folk who’ve left negative reviews of Ken’s, bless you. You’ve helped me understand my husband’s frustration so much better. Ken’s may not be able to fix appliances with any alacrity (or grace), but they have perfected the art of raising people’s blood pressure. Bravo!
