Had a great experience at Kia of Murfreesboro! Went to ‘another’ Kia dealership closer to our home, but was so disappointed in how we were treated or should I say the lack of how we were treated, it caused us to look elsewhere! So glad we did!!! Our sales rep., Mr A D was phenomenal, from his knowledge to his hustle for us, he made buying a new car enjoyable again! He even stayed late, after they closed, to make sure we understood the features of our new Telluride! Their team overall was good, from finance to just employees walking around, it was all good! If you are in the greater Nashville area looking for a Kia, don’t waste your time going anywhere else, they are an hour from our house, and we would buy here again without hesitation!!!

Great first experience with Kia Murfreesboro. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, informative and solution oriented. Service was quick, correct and complete. The waiting room was clean, comfortable with a movie and stocked with snacks. Well done.

Friendly Team Members, fast service and they are super knowledgeable. I drive an hour (past 2 other Kia dealers much closer to me) to get my car serviced in Murfreesboro. Outstanding customer service. It’s a reminder that excellence still exists. We will be buying our next car from them. Our Sportage looked amazing after the car wash too!!

I’ve bought quite a few cars and Murfreesboro Kia was the best buying experience I have ever had. My daughter was buying her first new car and “AD” sat her down and went over all the scenarios in finance and payments as well as sitting with her in the car and going over every inch to insure she was comfortable with it. We will definitely be back when my wife is ready for her next car.

This is my second vehicle purchase from Kia of Murfreesboro, it's definitely an enjoyable car buying experience with a very clean showroom and waiting are. I purchased a new 2024 Kia EX. The salesman named Daniel was very helpful and the sales manager named Chase really went above and beyond to make sure I got a fair and honest deal. I also service my vehicles at Kia and the service department deserves a shout out as well, Dale is the best. I recommend to anyone looking to purchase and new or used vehicle to stop ? in and check em out. Dare to compare ?. ? The first purchase was a 2020 Kia sport.

One of the best experiences buying a car. We didn't get there till 7(closing time, we live 1 1/2 hour away). We pulled up and three associates came out, smiled and welcomed us. Blake was our salesman. He was patient, never rushed us. He was always smiling. We bought the car and the last thing he did was was to go over the features with my daughter. Blake spent at least 10 minutes showing her. He didn't rush and was thorough. I appreciate that.Damien from fiance was equally cordial. He thanked us a couple of times for coming to their dealership and for buying a Kia. It was well worth the drive to buy a car from Kia of Murfreesboro!

Our sales person, Andrew Parent, was professional, friendly and attentive to our needs in the type of vehicle we were looking for. We thank him for that personal touch. Everyone we met during our search for the right vehicle was very friendly and helpful in making sure we found the perfect vehicle for us. All worked as a team, including managers and the President/owner of this dealership to make that happen. Our choice was made and the Finance Manager, Mark Phillips, wrapped up that part of the process. Very pleasant, informative gentleman. Andrew tutored us on the features of our new vehicle and we drove it off the lot on the same day. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. We came from a distance to this dealership and were not disappointed. Thank you to all who participated in this experience, including the lovely receptionist who greets you as you come in. I suggest wherever you are to make an appointment with Kia of M’Murfreesboro, actually, with my whole heart I suggest and recommend. All of the techs and staff members work well together and it takes a team to make a business successful. They didn’t play games with me, and that was the biggest awesome factor for me! I came all the way from Los Angeles and I’ll stick around—I’m not sure there’s another Kia this wonderful and if you think there is, go visit M’boro first and then re-decide my friends! The car tech actually stopped what he was doing to listen to me and I could have burst into happy crying but I held it together. Nobody cared but these people here do and they will be there to help you too. No matter who helps you out you’ll be in good hands. Additionally, it’s worth every penny to invest in the maintenance of your vehicle. Respectfully, you’ve got my allegiance Kia of Murfreesboro.Pictured with my review is their extremely clean and comfortable waiting area, it’s the hallway and the coffee bar but if you notice how spic-and-span it is these are the areas with the most people walking up and down and it’s completely clean!

Went in for a security recall, engine/transmission hesitation, and 12V outlet not working. Dale was great and did his best to manage the busyness and accommodate me. Sales and front desk are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Was told it would take approx. an hour. I was there a little over an 1 1/2. Finally I asked to just release my car. Security recall and 12V outlet was done. Don’t think they ever checked out the hesitation in the engine/transmission. And didn’t receive the complementary wash. Hopefully my next visit will be much better and closer to a 5 star experience.
