The deli itself looked like a bomb hit it. Stuff laying everywhere. Since it appears so unorganized makes wonder about the quality of the food.

This review is for the entire Kroger store on Memorial Blvd. I've been a Kroger customer for more than 40 years. Sadly this is one of the poorest managed I've ever run into. We moved to this side of Murfreesboro 9 months ago and every visit to the store since then has left me frustrated. They don't carry items or are out of items any grocery should have. Certain types of soup, popular brand of sour cream, popular cereals, no soup bones at all... the list goes on. The young man who waited on me at deli could have cared less if I was a happy customer.

The service in this store is excellent but the digital downloads never work for some reason. Mine work fine in Lebanon but not Murfreesboro. I have contacted them twice and they still haven't done anything to take care of it. Always check your receipt closely before you leave the store because their online people don't care about it. Better yet just shop somewhere else. At least at Walmart you don't have to worry about the Fri & Sat coupons working.

I called just now (3:30p.m.) about a molded Pillsbury crescent roll dough that I had just opened look at the day and realize that it expired July 15th 2018. today is November 11th 2018. I called and asked to speak to the manager and she did not sound sorry at all and told me to bring the product in after I told her I had already opened it but I told her I took a picture so she said she would take the picture and give me another one. I mean these things are what $2? I told her
