We were told customer service would open at 8:45am I don't like to complain but we are still setting here waiting and it's 9:14 no one wanted to help nor asked if we needed help

Had great customer support from a guy named Chris, very helpful and got me what I needed within a couple of minutes, still wish they would accommodate people working night shift a little better. Sorry meat department manager for getting angry about having to come back 3hours later...
