Had to report this pharmacy to the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy. The past two times I have gotten my prescriptions they shorted me. Not just by a little. Not a small accident. I was shorted 30 pills last time. This time I was shorted 41 pills. The bottles were labeled with the correct quantity but whoever is counted the pills was way off. Some people will die without thier medications. This is something that absolutely should not happen twice in a row. Negligence will get you in big trouble. Please get your pharmacist to double check thier counts to avoid future civil lawsuits.

This Kroger is actually closer to my house, but I refuse to go there. I instead only go to the location on Memorial. The Georgetown Kroger is successfully staffed with folks who are rude and make no effort to hide their great disdain for their job there. The deli staff is probably the worst. Had a woman actually roll her eyes and sigh heavily when she saw she had customers. I have complained about the awful employee attitudes to management several times. Nothing has changed. Amazing, but true.

Had to go to this sorry place 3 times just to be called a liar and denied service for getting upset for being called a liar by the pharmacist. They could not run my insurance right so i had to come back a total of 3 times and finally got it right and had every kind of excuse for their incompetence. I tried to explain something to the person on the register when the pharmacist interrupted and said that is not true which insinuates i am not telling the truth. I told her she will not call me a liar afterwards she tried to talk over me and denied me service for confronting her professionalism.

Nice people but so slow. So many times I've had to wait from 2 to 4 days past when I was told by someone in the pharmacy "it'll be ready for you by tomorrow". I go back and still not ready. If they weren't so close to home and on my way home from work I'd have gone somewhere else years ago

The Kroger on Northfield and Broad Street is where I get all my prescriptions at, the staff is wonderful I just love Ms. Jane she's the best always ask how I'm doing if I need anything, and explain everything I get to me in words I understand. I really appreciate all of them.

The staff is consistently one of the rudest I have encountered at a pharmacy. Always act like you are bothering them when trying to refill prescriptions or ask questions.

This place really helped me out in a tight spot. My normal pharmacy didn’t have the medicine in stock and failed to tell me until I called them the day it was supposed to be delivered.I was able to transfer my kids prescription to this pharmacy and have it filled same day- and pick it up all within an hour. And it was at 6:00 pm. You saved this mama lots of stress, thank you!
