Grateful for Jimmy, Samuel, and Elisa helping me out last night because I was really sick, and they had to work past the closing time. Really appreciate their kindness. I would like to thank Jimmy and Pam for their help earlier this evening as well. Thank you all so much!!!

I’ve only ever had a positive experience with this Kroger pharmacy. The manager is really nice and knowledgeable. It’s always laughs and smiles with the staff here

Between their overcharging and always unavailable medications I cannot get on the correct scheduled routine. I take a twice monthly injection. Problem is, when I run out, they won’t just let me request a refill. I have to wait at least one week after my last dose and then they scrambled around for the next two weeks trying to figure out what they are doing and surprise I have to miss my dose again. There’s another customer with my birthdate so the automated system shuts down on me when I try to use it. The problem there is they are never open anymore and if they are they don’t answer. Don’t even get me started on the several hundreds of dollars they made me give them out of pocket because they were filing it wrong. They’re going to keep on until someone has a medical emergency.

This pharmacy is great but the company should allow them to hire more people because the lines are ridiculous. I've decided to forego my medicine before just because the line was so long. The employees are doing everything that they can

Had great customer support from a guy named Chris, very helpful and got me what I needed within a couple of minutes, still wish they would accommodate people working night shift a little better. Sorry meat department manager for getting angry about having to come back 3hours later...

When the opening hours are listed for 8:00am on the website for all Kroger pharmacies, it would be nice if the pharmacy on Lascassas was actually opened at that time. This is the first time I have been disappointed in the pharmacy.

They never have advertised items, can't get service at deli counter or bakery. Staff is completely lacking in courtesy and turnover is high. Don't waste your money or time.

Wow this is the worst Kroger around. The cashiers are horrible. This is the second time I have been yelled at by a cashier at this Kroger. I have a tax exempt card because I own my own business and they literally yell at me for it. Not sorry I own my own business. This place is horrible!! Marilyn was our cashier.

Boycott. Learned during plandemic this company stripped health benefits from employees who did not get vaxed! They're a conglomerate with Fred Meyer and rumor has Safeway being added to the umbrella? Or... ? Either way it's questionable to the point that monopoly is under review from US government before the acquisition of another major grocery chain (which I'll update the name later). FYI their conglomerate list:Baker'sCity MarketDillonsFood 4 LessFoods CoFred MeyerFry'sGerbesJay C Food StoreKing SoopersKrogerMariano'sMetro MarketPay-Less Super MarketsPick'n SaveQFCRalphsRulerSmith's Food and DrugWish this nation would revert to small local business models. It's better for our communities!

Overall, this seems to be the best pharmacy available in the area. They do have one employee who is VERY nice but completely messes up our refills every time. I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. She's older and loses notes, pulls up the wrong patient and puts in random refills for them and not you, takes it upon herself to decide you don't actually need that refill filled after all, etc. She unfortunately seems to be the only one who answers the phone on her scheduled days. Perhaps it's because she messes everything up and her coworkers believe it's the lesser of many evils? Now, if she answers the phone when we call, we call back at a later time in hopes of getting another employee who won't cause us to wait at the pharmacy an extra 45 minutes to straighten things out!I have to emphasize that the rest of the staff is very competent, kind and helpful. It's unfortunate we live in times where businesses are so desperate for workers, they'll knowingly tolerate any warm body who shows up, even at the expense of good customer service.

My doc sent in two medications and I called three days before I needed them (which took many calls before someone answered) they said they would be ready for me by then. I waited in line for 20 mins and they said it would be filled in 30 mins. They are overwhelmed and need more staff.

I called in my medication 24 hrs before I picked it up and the person I spoke to said it would be ready the next day. I went to pick it up and Jimmy said they were out of stock so I needed come back tomorrow. I told him I really needed the medication for my medical condition that has caused me to be disabled and Jimmy said “there’s nothing I can do about it, I’m not in charge of ordering”. He was very rude to me and didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience. I ask him if he even cared about my situation and he rolled his eyes and said “have a good day”. Jimmy doesn’t need to be working with people that need help. He has the worst customer service skills I’ve even come across in a Pharmacy. Kroger should move this person to a position where he doesn’t speak to customers.
