The Pharmacist named Nick literally saved my life. The short story: My doctor prescribed a medication that I was deathly allergic to. I almost died in the hospital from suffocation when they gave this drug. Before the rep handed me the prescription, Nick saw that my medical history said I was deathly allergic to this and he stopped her and confirmed that my record was accurate. I could have died that day, if it wasn’t for Nick catching that detail that my doctor missed. Five stars is not enough - Thank you Nick!

Excellent service at the Veterans Parkway pharmacy. Nick provides both professional as well as personable service while quickly filling prescriptions.

Will overcharge you in a minute! Watch coupons and prices closely! Customer service was not helpful and would not return overcharged items even though I showed her I was correct!!! So RUDE!

This has got to be the worlds grumpiest staff I've ever encountered. I have been shopping here weekly for about 4 months. The selection is pretty good and usually well stocked, so I kept trying to give it a chance each week-literally going out of my way to be kind and friendly. It's amazing to me that I repeatedly walk up to a register with a smile and both neither the cashier nor bagger will say a single word. Sometimes they won't even respond if I greet them first!! It's actually become A game with my husband and I- "See Who Can Make the Staff Smile." It truly feels like you are an inconvenience to them. Maybe I'm asking for a lot, but with the cost of groceries these days, I just can't stand the rude service and am looking forward to the new Publix opening up the road.

Three years ago they were great. Now, the pharmacy is very disappointing. Today, for my 3 maintenance drugs, I had called on 3 separate occasions to confirm when they'd be ready (kept putting me off). Despite the 3rd call assuring me they'd be ready at noon, I went by at 4:00, and was told it would be at least another 1/2 hour. [Current employees as a group are not helpful, nor are they as friendly as in the past...]

One of the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. The prescription I ordered never arrive as promised. Just do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. I wish I can give it a 0 star.

Very close and convenient. This is equipped with a Starbucks, a excellent wine selection, cheese station, bar area and everything else you could need. Lately they have been out of a lot of items for almost 2 months. Lots of new items too tho. Friendly staff!

My script wasn't even touched after having it for over an hour and then told me it would be atleast another hour before it's ready ? Incompetence staff feels like a bunch of teenagers running this pharmacy I will take my business to Publix

I visited the Little Clinic was diagnosed with strep throat, had a fever, its been an hour and I'm still waiting for them to fill my medicine as I sit here with a fever.
