I had an issue at the customer service desk and the cashier was extremely impatient and rude. The manger was called and when asked what was wrong he said I have a problem with that lady and pointed at me angrily. The manager was rude as well and angry that he was called. Had I not insisted I would not have gotten a refund for a double charge that was not my fault! After the manger said give her $40 and yelled his code to the cashier I had to get back in line and wait even though I was there first. I got a gift card refund but I will not be going back to this location!! This is not good customer service!!

We like this store and the people are generally always very nice and helpful. However this store is ALWAYS low on stock! I have never gotten a complete Click list order, and in store it’s just as bad, common items always out of stock. Maybe with the new expanded store it hold more and stay stocked up. The new store is beautiful.

One of the rudest Krogers I've been in. Walked up to customer service and the young man working the counter literally greeted me with, "What do you want". 😵💫 I asked for change and he wouldn't give it to me. Which is fine, but he could have been nicer about it. I'd rather go to Walmart and that is saying A LOT. He didn't have a name tag on.

I went into this Kroger to get a sale on water. I do not shop at Kroger because of a personal injustice in 2015. However because they closed the one in my community because of *theft" I am forced to go into the store. When I entered the store I did not get help while they are in the middle of making the other location where my ancestors had land at one point. It took me over 45 min to simply get water and I spent over 55 dollars. While I did not get help from staff I did see loss prevention follow me around the store several times. I live in a different state the only thing I can think of is because I'm black because none of my other characters was shown to be followed around the store and not given a chance to get water at peace. There was one register which service older people who was almost to the back of the store. The lady at self check out was over worked to simply make a living for herself. When I asked to speak to the STORE manager I did. I spoke to a women and the store manager is a male.i will not support this organization and I encourage everyone to look at there finances because they are not supporting me. I did all this to give water to homeless people who have been kicked out due to the rising cost of food and Kroger you do not support or help. My contact information is public

The workers are mostly really nice but I don’t recommend buying sushi here. It’s expensive, awful tasting, and the lowest quality sushi I’ve ever had.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but every time I’ve come to this place I’ve received bad service. I went to money services to get a money order and before I could even ask what I wanted the lady was already giving me a dirty look and had a bad attitude.

Yelled at and chased into the parking lot by self-checkout attendant after being stared at the whole time while checking out and then got accused of having an incomplete transaction even though my card went through just fine and I got a receipt. After showing her my receipt and finding out she had the wrong people, she continued shouting into the parking lot after other customers. Not pleased, obviously. Likely not returning.

Hands down the worst Kroger in Murfreesboro. If they don't want to do a service, they will just lie and say it is closed. For reference I went for a money order around 3:00 in the middle of a Monday to grab a money order....all to be told that customer service was closed. Lack of customer service and could care less attitudes, just save your time and go to memorial.

This store allows its employees to HARASS and BULLY its customers for simply asking them to help them … AVOID THE CASHIER LISA !!! she is just a mean human being and her manager RAY doesn’t care how his employee treat customers …. HORRIBLE PEOPLE ALL AROUND

The store is great---friendly, helpful employees and well-stocked shelves with wide aisles. However, the parking lot is a lake when it rains, there are no close spaces except the handicap spaces, and people seem confused by the layout and drive like maniacs. The parking lot is truly a hazard in the rain.

Whoever picks the produce (vegetables to be specific)for the pick-up orders seems to deliberately pick rotten produce for the deliveries.
