I've never been accused of stealing before but it happened this morning at this location. No manned registers open. Make consumers do the work scanning items at self check out. Then accuse customer of stealing after they see you pick up your bag to leave. I had 2 items. Whipped cream & a cake... are we serious? Yes, both items had been paid. I didnt even grasp what she was accusing me of at first. I thought she was asking if I could manage to carry the bag & the cake. Once i realized she was accusing me of stealing I said oh, you mean did i pay for it? Mind blown. Not about that energy so kept on walking. Will not be shopping this location ever again.

Worse produce section. Tons of moldy vegetables and fruit. It doesn't seem like they care much to circulate the produce.

people homeless that have your grocery baskets on Agripark Drive there's about five of them. That's right across from your store but more across from the McDonald's on the corner.. I want to let your managers know.

I do not like having to have my id scanned to purchase beer or cough syrup. You can see it is valid without a scan, and due to germs and the flu season I would rather not have my id handled by an employee. Scanning is a 1984 freedom grab by a corporation who has already price gouged us to boot. I will do most of my shopping at Walmart or Aldi.

01/14/25 This is for the kitchen manager stop being lazy , it’s 5:15 pm I just got off work I stopped at Kroger to get the 8 piece fried chicken but they were out this is not the first time, I believe my majority of people gets off around this time. So making two packs it’s not enough there is 172,000 people lives in Murfreesboro I hope the store manager do something about it this

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. Anytime they ever put anything on sale It NEVER EVER rings up that way. Then I have to inconveniently come back. This happens ALL THE TIME at this location ONLY.

I guess I must have went on a bad day. They're out of most things that I needed and I found staff to be unkind. Everyone was wearing a frown nobody was willing to help. I won't be back

This is my go-to store, and I like it fairly well, but I wanted to get on here in hopes management sees it. I went to the deli today. As the young lady was slicing my deli meats, there were multiple flies buzzing around and landing on the product. She was not bothered at all and just let flies land on it right in front of the customer.

So last Friday I was getting some sandwich meat and everything they normally have pre Sliced in the deli is out on the little shelf, but they said due to a recall they had to slice everything fresh for us, when I asked what was the recall and reason for it, the employees refused to give me an answer. Now I see that it is due to the listeria recall. They should be legally obligated to tell the customer the reason yet they refused, so now I am wondering if my headaches I've been having since then are due to this outbreak and I will be going back in this weekend to speak to a manager about this.
