I just popped in to buy beer because I don't live in this area, but this is the largest and nicest Kroger that I have ever seen. Twice the size of a regular grocery store. Includes a Starbucks and an entire section of the store for home goods. Huge selection and variety of everything imaginable.

The whole dang place is amazing. From the fresh cooked food to the butchers and deli to the organization and checkouts. Top notch for a mega chain.

Checking out at this store is such a hassle at any rate; then you get a cashier who has an attitude. There is always Publix down the road who welcomes my business. Do better Kroger!

I have been shopping at Kroger for 20+ years and today was the first day I walked out of the store being denied steaks that needed to be cut. Publix is right down the street and they will cut them!

This location USED to be my absolute FAV store even with minor flaws but who can’t overlook some things? So Monday, September 9, 2024, I placed a pick up order at 9 am and wanted the pick up at 5-6…. I get a call at 4:06 pm saying my order would not be ready until 7pm… so I did other stuff… pulled up at 7 to pick up order and 5 minutes later here come this worker to the car to tell me my order won’t be ready until 8 pm… I told him I needed it now because I was about to go home, I been out all day , am handicapped and once I am in the house I’m in… he said we’ll come pick it up in the morning. I told him I couldn’t do that either. So he was like we’ll just cancel the order then. I said OK. I told him I know they are not that busy that they couldn’t have had my order ready and it was not a big order. He said actually we have been that busy! Okay so what is another hour gonna do that they delayed 2 hours didn’t???? And why is there never a delay on drafting the bill amount from ur card for payment? BUT ANOTHER delay in getting money put back on the card… then talking bout it being 3-7 days before it is back on ur card… it didn’t take 3-7 days for u to draft it away from my card!!! They offered no consideration of people’s time or circumstances. I will just do Publix even tho they are more overly priced., they are never rude

It’s like 97 degrees outside and when I walked into this Kroger I noticed barley any temperature change. The lack of air back near the pet food aisle almost made me pass out. I was in this Kroger less then 20 minutes and felt dizzy even know I’m in my mid 20s and I can’t imagine what people with actual health issues felt that day. I know corporate is probably the one in charge of the temperature in the store(which is ridiculous). But on other hand I can’t imagine shopping in this heat let alone feeling awful for the employees who had to stay for their shift covered in sweat while I left to cool off in my car.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT THIS STORE.
All the gift cards have been taken and the numbers copied, they then scratch the code off and replace the cover and put the cards back on the hook.
Kroger will only help with lip service.

This was our favorite Kroger until recently. My husband needed 7 5 Oz sirloin steaks and asked if the butcher would cut this steak because there was no sirloin out. The butcher: white male with a scruffy, puffy, and out of control beard huffed and puffed. He acted like this was some crazy request. Anyhow, he did a terrible job on these steaks. What an embarrassment.

The photo shown was taken at 9:20pm June 10th 2024. I don’t appreciate how unwelcome I feel when needing to shop here late at night. The door was blocked and locked. What kind of passive aggressive behavior is this?
