The woman with glasses was very rude do not appreciate her attitude my 70-year-old mother rude to her, but everybody else was very friendly when I walked in. I got a water if I was a client I will not choose that one with the glasses. I would choose other people’s very nice clean place

My previous stylist from Nashville recently moved. Based on the stellar reputation of the salon, I decided to book an appointment for a cut and color. Svetlana was amazing! Her attention to detail and what I wanted was impeccably executed! I’ll definitely be back!

I love my time here! I booked a last minute, early appointment for a shampoo and style. My stylist was Madison and she was so kind. She was okay with my bringing my own shampoo/conditioner because I’m sensitive to strong scents. The head massage was fantastic and the style is so cute. I can’t wait to go back!

I happily make the hour + drive to L Grider because of how pleased I have been with going there. Holly is great at what she does and so very easy to talk to. Every employee there always seems to enjoy what they do!

It had been years since my last cut and style, I was a bit apprehensive but came to this salon (nicest one I’ve been to btw)by my sister, I had an appointment with Jennifer, she was very knowledgeable and very friendly and made me feel comfortable about what I was going to do, I was so surprised by the finish I barely recognized myself !! I have to mention also it has the most comfortable washing station I’ve ever used, no stress on your neck while washing your hair it was wonderful. My hair looks better than it has in years ! To top it off my family barely recognized me and my husband really liked it, said it made me look younger!! Thank you Jennifer V.

Finding this salon in Winchester, TN was a wonderful surprise. The decor, service, and most importantly, the skill and care of Lindsey were at the level of a hair salon in Berlin where I had the best haircut of my life. I am happy to say that Lindsey did an even better job. So happy that I no longer have to dream of finding a great hair salon locally and having to drive to Nashville or Chattanooga.

Lindsey nailed it! I’m old, with thin, fine and very dry hair. No real style. My goal has been white, white, white overall hair. Most hairdressers have been hesitant to tackle that. But Lindsey went for it. And I’d say got me 99% there. She did a kera treatment, which has changed the very dry and brittle condition to SILK. And style? I wanted funk. She gave me funk. She did a razor cut, giving me a youthful cut with choppy ends. She gave me what I wasn’t able to communicate. I am beyond pleased! THANK YOU Lindsey!

Shannon did a fantastic job with my hair! I wanted a major style change including perm, cut and color and Shannon came through! She worked with me and listened to me for a great new hairdo that I love! I highly recommend her!

Everyone at this salon goes above and beyond for their customers or people walking in off the square. The salon is always clean and well maintained. Lindsey is FANTASTIC. She makes me feel like family and always has a smile on her face, ready to conquer whatever ideas I throw her way with my hair.

First visit today, I was super nervous. They were so welcoming! I instantly felt better after I walked in. Dawn did an absolute amazing job on my hair. She was very caring, conservative and took her time. No one has ever made me feel like Dawn made me feel today!! I got the results I wanted day one! She definitely belongs in the hair industry because she is wonderful and goes above and beyond!! I am very pleased and happy to say I have found my new hair stylist! Thank you so much, Dawn!! ? Oh wow! Okay, full disclosure, I haven't had a hair cut since 2019. My mom turned me onto this place, and lemme just say it's one of the best hair care decisions I've ever made. I see Mrs. George and she did miracles with my hair! She put so much care into my hair, talking it out with me every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Lindsey is the most professional and clearly the best in town. I'll tell you you get what you pay for!! Everyone that works for her is like a big family that welcomes you and makes you feel at home!! Dawn has always gone above and beyond. I purchased hair pieces for my thinning hair. She dyed them to match my hair perfectly! Highly recommend her as a hair stylist!
