I would give this place specifically 10 out of 10 because the nurse over there Erica was doing great job. She was professional, caring and friendly. Also, I would recommend this place because the fast service .

I literally LOVE this LabCorp. I have to do an annual health evaluation for my job and have been getting my lab work done here for the last 4 years at this location. The girls that run this place are TOP NOTCH!! Half the time there's only 2-3 in there working at a time and they've got it down to a science. They are kind, patient (even with angry customers), and all-around hard workers. I'm so grateful for the level of service these ladies bring to this location.

Second time being at a labcorp facility. Neither place called me in on time even though I had a scheduled appointment. I work overnights and sleep during the day. Kind of hard to get sleep, waiting in a waiting room hours after scheduled appointments.

I have a lab test on a monthly basis. My prior lab closed and just started using Labcorp for the past several months. Very impressed with the staff and I am seen very promptly as I always make appointments.

I’ve had my blood drawn a lot and this is the first place I’ve been to that has employees that do their job really well. Also very friendly. They made the experience very easy and pain free!

The employees at this location are incredibly rude. They close during the middle of the day and take an hour for lunch. However, they stop offering services earlier than they close. I rushed in at 12:20 for a quick drug test with no one in the waiting room, and they refused to see me and told me to come back after lunch. This is my 3rd time drug testing at this location as a requirement for grad school, and each time I have had negative interactions with their employees. I wish there was another approved place for me to test annually, because I hate giving them my time and money.

Erika and Sharon at the Medical Center Parkway location were FANTASTIC! There were extremely kind, positive and enthusiastic about their job. I think it's so rare to see this kind of joy and customer service these days. They were genuinely happy and extended kindness to every single person in that office that day. I didn't have the information I needed for my appointment and Erika went above and beyond to make sure I was still able to do what I needed to do to move forward with the appointment! Who does that these days????? Not many people! These ladies made getting a drug test a really enjoyable event. That's just not something I've never heard anyone say, ever. A+ ladies!

The lab techs were extremely nice and helpful! They were efficient and worked quickly. I think the company needs to hire a receptionist though, the techs were doing reception and draw which left the desk unattended. A lot of people were waiting for a long time to talk to someone or for assistance. They’re gonna burnout

Went in to get a drug test for work and was able to give my sample quickly! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment (it was a morning appointment) and was called back quickly!

Pick another Lab, not worth the convenience. Drive 5 hours if you must….Notice the owner only responds to good reviews, not reality.The website should say no testing after 12:00. Checked in at 12:08, received confirmation text at 12:09, then was told to come back after lunch. There was not one person in the waiting area. Just a urine test, nothing invasive or that takes time. Literally, when I got back, I immediately asked if I should check in again, the response was NO. After everyone else was being called back that I watched check in, 30 min later, I was told you have to check in again after lunch. So why was the original check in and text not honored prior to 12:30 since I was allowed to check in and told to come back? The others in the waiting area say even the appointments are not worth it. Nothing in this place makes sense. I understand people make mistakes , but this is another level.1 hour later, still nothing. I can say that every person in here checked in after I did, so we will see and I will update if there are changes.

Not sure why you’d bother making an appointment. They don’t seem to honor them. The staff are very friendly and probably doing the best they can. But a disclosure should be made about honoring (or not honoring) appointments.

Came to have blood work done. Arrived on Monday at 10:00a, and the location was locked and dark, with no sign or other explanation. Stayed outside for 30 mins waiting to see if anyone would ever come around, but nope—just stayed locked and dark.
