I like to shop on line but for some reason I can't with loft I have tried for years,I live in Shelbyville so I go online a lot I don't know if it's me or the setup of the app I will do good if I get to see one outfit an then it's down hill from that whbm next to u has a very simple app to shop on loft is my favorite place to shop can anyone tell me if it's me or the app please

10/28/24 My two friends and I shopped here at this outlet in Murfreesboro, Briana manager) is extremely helpful and very friendly. She made sure we find everything we need. Excellent customer service!!

I went into this Loft store today to purchase some new slacks and I met the most amicable and amazing employee, Charlotte! She was extremely helpful! She walked me to the fitting room, made sure I had the correct size clothes, and even checked me out at the front. I will come back to this store again just so I can see Charlotte! Great service.

Oh how I wish I could remember the name of the associate who helped me, but I had been to 2 other stores before here to look for a new work wardrobe as I had recently received a job promotion. However, this was the ONLY place I went to and received ACTUAL customer service! The associate met me at the door, asked what I was looking for, and helped me through the entire process of selecting a new wardrobe. Although the prices were higher than what I would usually pay, I chose to purchase there solely for the customer service experience.

I was in the process of paying my credit card bill and realized I could write a review. I was recently in The Avenue location, store #3128, and purchased a pair of jeans and sweater. I have not shopped at that location in some time since my last few stops have not been great. There was definitely an issue with friendliness and assistance.... basically none. I’m happy to say that a former employee Amy from another location is there now. I made my first purchase in a long time.She’s always helpful and honest with me about my clothing choices. So excited that someone with her expertise and personality is there. She’s an asset to this location.

I was treated poorly at my most recent visit to this store. The sales associate did not ask me if I needed help and proceeded to carry on with her personal conversation. I finally interrupted her to ask a question but before I could finish, she cut me off to let me know I would have to return my items by another method. Her body language and tone if voice was as if she did not want to be bothered. I couldn't help but to think this poor treatment was because of my skin color. She seem very kind to the other shoppers in the store that were white.
