To Debbie stockdale. Im shocked that would even happen under a CDL class A driver’s hands. They definitely need to make sure they hire safe Drivers. I myself am a Truck driver and that is just ridiculous they would deliver it after knowing it was damaged.

Spent $5000 on new carpet for a large bonus room. 2 non-english speaking installers arrived 3 hours late at 11am, worked for 2 hours and then one of them left for 4 hours, from 1-5p. The one he left behind just sat on the padding waiting. When the other returned, they rushed thru putting the carpet down, left 3 visible seams from wall to wall and by then it was 8pm. I literally helped them roll up the remaining carpet on my drive in the dark. When I complained to the company Lowes uses for install - "Service Pro Install", they sent out an inspector wearing a Lowes id tag. He tried to sell me on that the visible seams were simply due to "lighting". I showed him that the seams were visible both with or without the lights on. He blamed it on light coming thru one window. He then suggested the installers return and trim all 3 raised seams with scissors to cut down the raised spot and take a hammer to each seam to help flatten it down. I have never in my 53 years seen such a poor carpet install or such obvious seams. Worst carpet install and customer service ever. DON'T BUY CARPET FROM LOWES IF YOU AREN'T INSTALLING IT YOURSELF. I was assured by the salesman that if there were any problem that Lowes would assist to resolve it with Service Pro. Not true.

LITERALLY NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONES YOU HAVE TO DRIVE DOWN THERE FOR EVERYTHING JUST TO EVEN ASK A DAMN QUESTION IS DIABOLICAL!!!! Why have workers if no one is going to answer the phones why have them?

Went to my local lowe's in murfreesboro tennessee to get wall outlet covers. As usual didn't have any in stock but I noticed some were way up high in a box. Track down a red vest, told Him what I needed And that the product was too high for me to get to it since it was in A box Way up high. He I knew what I needed and called someone to have them come and help me in electrical. The man that came was literally in a wheelchair and head. No legs! After explaining to this gentleman, what I. Needed, he of course had to call another employee to come with The mobile letter and get the box down. You really?
Need to do a better job of keeping inventory on the shelves.And understanding what the customer is requesting.

Purchasing a new washer and dryer was easy and quick. The price was good and selection good. HOWEVER.... the delivery service is total garbage and needs to be restructured. You can only pick a day and no time. My wife and I both have full time jobs and work all day every day we have to have an exact delivery schedule after 5pm. They said the delivery was between 8am to 8pm but would not schedule it for 4 to 8 for some stupid reason. They could schedule for morning but not evening. Very inconvenient!

Absolutely horrible service!! Customer service horrible! Management for delivery service horrible! They lack integrity, poor ethics and overall the worse service possible! I will be shopping at their competitor's store in the future! The reason I selected "one" star is because I wanted to write a review...I there was a "ZERO" star selection that would have been my first choice!

Either start checking receipts at the exit like Sam’s Club or don’t but approaching self check out customers to verify a “made up discount” on lumber (in this day and age?) is amateur. If you don’t trust the customer to self checkout then don’t offer self checkout or check receipts at the exit. Otherwise you all wind up looking foolish to legit law abiding customers by lying to them.
