I ordered & prepaid for an appliance on the 7th. I was told there were several @ the warehouse, it just needed to be delivered to the store. I chose to pick up the item rather than delivery since the item weighs less than 50lbs & they wanted $80 to deliver. I was given an option on avail dates & I chose the 12th since I was available that day to pick it up. (I am a widow that lives alone & works 6days a week so my availability is limited) I was to receive a text when my item arrived @ the store so I could go pick it up. One hour before closing on the 12th I had still not received any notice that it had arrived @ the store so I call. I was then informed that it had not arrived, was being shipped via FedEx & would not arrive til the 14th (when I'm not available). I then asked why would it be shipped FedEx if it was coming from ur warehouse & why was I was promised a pickup date but not informed of the change. I was given several excuses, one completely false, item wasn't paid for yet ( I have receipt & checked w my bank days ago, the $ has been taken from my acct), there was a delay w FedEx, that was not a "promised" pickup date, so on & so on. I've already waited a week for an item that is paid for & now its not available for me to pick up.I'm frustrated to say the least!Don't promise a specific delivery/ pickup date if u can't honor it or @ least inform the customer when something changes.

30 minutes trying to get help via the iPhone app to find a proper replacement for an item out of stock, site saying "Error Loading" instead of "Item out of Stock", and the app crashes twice. Call the store and after holding for 15 minutes getting bounced around, reach someone who tells me the item is not available and their website is having trouble. I get cut off, call back, hold for another 10 minutes, person finally answers and sends me to someone else where I am on hold for 30 freaking minutes and nobody ever picks up. Truly terrible customer service.And P.S. Don't you dare give me the 800 number so I can enter into this ridiculous loop again. How about instead you give me the direct number to your manager so I can actually give them a piece of my mind.

I AM A CASHIER AT LOWES, 1825 OLD FORT PARKWAY, MURFREESBORO. There is a HEAD CASHIER, Moriah, that has harassed me from head to toe about my hair. MORIAH, KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT ME. YET SHE CHOOSE TO BEAT ME DOWN TO NOTHING. I can wear my hair exactly how I please. I don't have to do anything according to her rules, exceptmy job. SHE HAS HUMILIATED ME WITH EVERYONE.BEFORE YOU ARE HIRED, WHY NOT LET THE ABOVE HAIR INSPECTOR INSPECT YOUR HAIR TO SEE IF SHE APPROVES.INSTEAD OF HUMILIATAING YOU THROUGHOUT THE STORE AFTER YOU START. ATTENTION LOWES: WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW HER TO DISGRACE OTHER EMPLOYEES IN SUCH A WAY?I WANT TO KNOW...................NOBODY KNOWS WHAT ANYONE HAS BEEN THROUGH, OR GOING THROUGH. NOBODY SHOULD PREJUDGE ANYONE. I LIKE MY JOB AT LOWES. THE CUSTOMERS ARE AWESOME. MY BACKGROUND IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT IN A JOB, THERE CAN BE THAT ONE PERSON THAT RUIN IT FOR EVERYONE. I AM LOOKING FOR OTHER EMLOYMENT. MAYBE SHE WILL BE HAPPY, AS WELL AS ALL THOSE INVOLVED. HALLELUJAH!FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

I wish I could give a zero no human checkout some items can't be read by electronic checker due to packaging. wait for help manager rude - dresses customer down for their inequities.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The customer service from lumber and paint was terrible. It was like pulling teeth to have them so simple things like cut a piece of wood or mix paint. One employee didn't even bother to turn and look at me when I said excuse me please to ask a question. If I hadn't spent an hour getting all my project supplies, I would have just left and went to Home Depot. I will never make the mistake of going to Lowe's again though. Absolute piss poor customer service

Lowes is OK, but they have literally no checkout clerks. It is all on you. Which is fine, but they really should give us an employee discount.

This is where I always get my materials for residential roofing because of the pro discount I get. And the lowest pro staff is always amazing to me and specifically Tabitha is literally a phone call or text away and she always helps me with whatever I need from placing orders or finding materials! Tabitha really needs a raise!!!

Piss poor customer service, management is rude and not helpful at all. incompetent, not at all knowledgeable. I will be making the extended drive to the next nearest store because I refuse to be a patron where service it this under par.
