I went in to get color matched, and there was a young lady getting her make up done by the sales associate. She stopped doing her make up, and came to help me find what color foundation I needed. She rushed through the process, and when I told her the make up that she matched me with looked "ok" she gruffly (but with a smile) told me that I probably wasn't going to get anything better than that color. I could tell that she just wanted me to get my foundation and leave so that she could finish with the other woman. She rushed me to the check out counter without even asking me if I wanted to buy that specific foundation in the first place. I purchased it anyway and left, and noticed that the foundation looked a little cakey and weird in the sunlight. I went home and played with it some, and realized that the shade really doesn't fit me. Customer service may be better if there's more than one associate, but don't bother if you see one person managing the counter.
