The assistant managers are aweful and treat their employees like servants. They chose favorites and allow them to do whatever they want. They’re rude and disrespectful and if you even try to speak up then they punish you and call you insubordinate! 🤦🏽♀️ This place has horrible working conditions especially during the holidays so for those who shop there, please be mindful of what the employees have to deal with and allow them some grace. It’s very overwhelming when the stores has a line to the back of the store on most days of the week and there are at least 5 cashiers up front and yes they are told to push those credit cards down your throat.

Very unprofessional staff. Went above and beyond to make sure that they didn’t see me a jacket that was clearly labeled $13. Held me up and her line for a lengthy time due to someone in the store being sticker happy and marking an entire rack with “the wrong label”
That wasn’t my fault and the price should have been honored. She went out of her way to be rude about it as well.

Very displeased with their no receipt return system. I was told I would be able to return my items with my card and it would go back on a gift card. It went onto a merchandise card because the woman (who was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to do the return) said they couldn’t do that. Came to spend it and they’re asking for an ID to use it. It’s literally $8 on the card. Beyond irritating.

Id like to address a couple of issues I have been a shopper in your store for years I tend to come in the evening most times and in all the years I've come not one of your cashiers has really explained the tjx benefits. And how the card benefits me as a shopper. Until recently. This young lady took the time to break down how to use it and how it works to best accommodate me as a shopper. I was so thankful she waited on me. I wish I could remember her name but she was wonderful. I ended up signing up and got approved. Thanks to her.However that's frustrating both as a shopper and as someone in my age group that I could have been saving money all this time and not one of your employees cared enough to even try. Another thing I want to address is recently during my last two visits their was a older lady like myself but younger than I am that worked up front, I heard one of the girls call her ranesa, I ended up both times being checked out near her register and was quite taken aback by her attitude. She seemed to make those working with her look uncomfortable and was quiet short with them. I felt bad for them because it made things uncomfortable for them and me because I heard and saw how rudely she was acting and speaking to them. Surprised marshalls would hire someone in customer service that can't even get along with others. I hope marshalls does better towards their customers and staff and hires people with a good attitude and ones that prioritize caring about us as shoppers.

Sharon K in the dress room very very RUDE if she’s not a people person . Please keep her away.. if she doesn’t like her job she should go ahead and retire. Maybe should dust! And clean.
