Hate women clothing stores. Bores me greatly. Here so wife can return something. Note the map location of this store in Google maps is not accurate. It is nearby. Gave this a five because my wife likes it.

1st time in this store. I was very impressed with how nice the associates were (Kelli helped me) and the all-over appearance of the store.
I had a return from an online purchase, and it was quick and easy.

Had a couple of returns, and I had to get one exchange shipped to my home and bought 3 things. The clerk at the register was so efficient. Everyone was above and beyond nice. What a great experience. Thank you all!!

My wife loves this store and has to check each location out to see what they have that is different. Parking here can be a challenge since there are so many stores together. They seem to usually have a good selection of sale racks in the back as well as some super discounted racks. They have people at the dressing rooms helping people in and out. It was busy just prior to the holidays when we went but they were staffed up to handle it the day we were there

I stopped by Maurice's while spending the weekend in Murfreesboro recently. I was looking for jeans because I've recently gained weight due to new medications and nothing fits anymore. I didn't have high hopes but to my surprise, a lovely, young lady Dae (who is also a Buckeye from Ohio), helped me find jeans to fit nearly perfectly. She hand selected several pairs, assisted me in the fitting room and I found 4 pairs that I love. She was such a pleasure to work with!!! Friendly, kind and attentive and provided exceptional customer service, something so incredibly rare these days. Thank you Dae!! (hoped I spelled your name right) My only regret is that I wished I lived closer so I could visit Dae and this shop more often.

With the labor shortage they can't give the personal shopper experience like they used to, but the available staff were very friendly and helpful.
