1st time in this store. I was very impressed with how nice the associates were (Kelli helped me) and the all-over appearance of the store.I had a return from an online purchase, and it was quick and easy.

Had a couple of returns, and I had to get one exchange shipped to my home and bought 3 things. The clerk at the register was so efficient. Everyone was above and beyond nice. What a great experience. Thank you all!!

My wife loves this store and has to check each location out to see what they have that is different. Parking here can be a challenge since there are so many stores together. They seem to usually have a good selection of sale racks in the back as well as some super discounted racks. They have people at the dressing rooms helping people in and out. It was busy just prior to the holidays when we went but they were staffed up to handle it the day we were there

I stopped by Maurice's while spending the weekend in Murfreesboro recently. I was looking for jeans because I've recently gained weight due to new medications and nothing fits anymore. I didn't have high hopes but to my surprise, a lovely, young lady Dae (who is also a Buckeye from Ohio), helped me find jeans to fit nearly perfectly. She hand selected several pairs, assisted me in the fitting room and I found 4 pairs that I love. She was such a pleasure to work with!!! Friendly, kind and attentive and provided exceptional customer service, something so incredibly rare these days. Thank you Dae!! (hoped I spelled your name right) My only regret is that I wished I lived closer so I could visit Dae and this shop more often.

I shop at this establishment quite often and was actually headed that direction to do a little shopping yesterday. I buy much of my office attire there and was going to do some shopping at a few other places off of the Avenue. When one of the employees from your establishment ran a red light and hit my vehicle from behind. She’s a 16 year old girl so I was patient called law enforcement I was kind to her because I have a child that age myself and knew that she may be afraid of what her parents might think or say however; she assured me that her parents had enough money and she was not worried about it and that she needed to get back to work from break at this establishment. She contacted her mother and again I said I understand accidents happen. However, my vehicle is my source of income I have to have it and she hit me directly where my baby was sitting however; this girl never apologized never said I’m sorry she simply said I inconvenienced her lunch break and when her mother arrived along with law-enforcement I assumed her mother would handle the situation however her mother had to tell her twice to watch her mouth to watch her language and when the cop tried to explain why what she done was illegal she rolled her eyes and just kept repeating over and over she didn’t care if I had the straight away or a green light I should have been watching for her. At that point the cop explained to her that he could write her a ticket however he was not going to. This was based on the fact that I asked him to give her grace once I found out her age looking back I would never have said that had I known her behavior was going to be the way it was. Once she explained what happened to the police officer she said well actually I don’t think I hit her and the officer said OK the front of your car is smashed the back of her Range Rover is also quite damaged so let’s not do that and she said well I guess I did but again she should’ve been watching out for me. Which tells me if she’s willing to lie to a police officer not just one but two officers because there was a sheriffs officer jumping someone off at the red light that was holding traffic up that originally called the accident in and of course she was behind me and I got out of the car and said we need to pull over to a safe spot so she had already said to him that she had hit me but again this girl is willing to lie even after she had already told the truth to the officer and he told her don’t do that don’t go there because at that point I think he would’ve wrote her the ticket. However; the language that was coming out of this girl’s mouth and her rolling her eyes and her simply disrespecting law-enforcement and her mother was atrocious and if you have someone like that working in your establishment I would never be able to shop there again because if she’s willing to lie to a cop right to his face what would she be willing to do with my information in your store so with that being said… The damage to my Range Rover is going to be quite costly and I’m not sure that will teach her a lesson however; I do believe she needs guidance spiritually or otherwise .I’m not sure as her mother did not come over and speak to me either but it could have been because she was so embarrassed in her child’s actions and behavior. Again I’m not sure if you guys have a program that could guide her in a better direction in her life but she needs guidance. I tried to be very understanding when she told me her age however; the words the language the actions that came from that girl were beyond disrespectful and simply scary honestly because again if she’s willing to lie to law-enforcement after she’s told him the truth and he had to stop her and say hey don’t go there you’ve already told me what happened. I can see the damage to the back of her vehicle and I can see a lot of damage to the front of your vehicle so don’t go there all she did was roll her eyes and said am I going to have to go to court and again I need to get back to Maurices because my break is the reason I was having to rush anyway. Again

Went in with my wife the young lady working there was soo helpful. She went out of her way to find sizes in the back and was very cheerful she really seemed to care about our experience... Don't remember her name but receipt sales sales associate number 999. That kind of service is very hard to find in this world she should be recognized by her peers and I noticed she was the same with other customers in the store as well.
