These people are thieves, they set up a pin for my account without telling me and two months later cancelled my account without authorization. Id never give them my business ever again

I loved this metro, me and my mother are both on the same account and our bill went high then what it originally was since September we have come to this metro and asked why and he said there's no reason besides our phones well my mother called the customer service number and asked them what's going on and apparently the guy working put a tablet on our account that we have been paying on since September and the funny thing is we've never had a tablet from anywhere they said the only thing they can do is give us 15 dollars of the money that they had us pay for an item we never received and get it off our account I will say one thing I loved this store but now I will never come back here again you guys lost a great customer if you guys visit this store id highly suggest to call customer service and see what all he has you paying for

THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! EVERYTIME WE ENTER THE LOCATION OR CALL FOR INFORMATION IT TAKES SUCH A LONG TIME TO GET HELP! I CALLED 6 TIMES TO ASK A QUESTION FROM 430 TO 545 (there very much open) AND IT WENT TO VOICE MAIL AND THEY EVEN HUNG UP 3 TIMES! IT IS SO STRESSFUL DEALING WITH METRO IM SWITCHING SERVICES!! THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED PROPERLY PERIOD!

Do not go to this location. I went and bought an iPhone from them and was considering getting home internet. As with every sale he tried to upsale me and asked if I needed headphones and a wall adapter. I told him no. I was just going to get the phone but he offered to wave fees and give me the 2 items I didnāt need or want āfreeā so I decided to go ahead and do internet because it was a good deal with the fees waved. I get home and look at my receipt and realize not only did he charge me for both items I was charged tax on the retail price of the phone and NOT what I paid for the phone. I go in to return the items he lied and told me were free and he told me if I returned them that he would have to charge me the fees back and id owe more money. Well I may be a woman but Iām not dumb. I left and contacted metro and as expected thatās very much against the return policy. I have all of this on recording along with text from metro customer service and my receipt. I will be taking it back to the store tomorrow to get my refund along with my tax money they ripped me out of or I will turn all of it over to the BBB and Metro PCS investigation team as to why they are not following their policy in that store. And for the record Iām not talking about a small amount of money they ripped me off for. It was a little over $140. Do not go there. They lie and cheat you out of money and make you fight to get it. They will learn the hard way this time not to screw people out of their hard earned money.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS STOREThe guy here is very pushy for convincing you to buy other products and services that you don't need, my bf went there to pay a bill and held him up for several minutes trying to sell him extra things he did not even ask about.And when he doesnt get his way he will add services to your account behind your back. I went on a seperate ocassion to see about financing a phone through them (complete scam). After realizing how expensive it was going to he and deciding that was not going to work out for me. Took me about 15 mins to maneuver the conversation, and get the information I needed, which he did not want to give me in full because Im sure not alot of people are willing to finance at double the price, I wrapped it up to not waste his time and he did not seem pleased. Tried to convince me for other phones several times which again I was not interested in (wanted the Iphone 15) but he offered me some cheap options. Likely just wanted a sale.Look at my bill this month AND LOW AND BEHOLD -AN EXTRA LINE FOR A TABLET FOR AN EXTRA $20 A MONTH!!!!! A TABLET I OF COURSE DID NOT ASK FOR, ENTERTAIN AND MUCH LESS RECIEVE.Nonetheless I will be reaching out to the manager in hopes of making this right.

The guy was really good with a friend when we went he didnāt understand what we wanted then didnāt have the phones then my boyfriend had to set them up then after my boyfriend set mine up he takes it and blocks coustmer service and then they couldnāt even help me WiFi calling wouldnāt work so I couldnāt get txt msgs from metro and metro kept hanging up on him when he called.. itās sad that someone would block someone from helping so we have to come back up there wow what good service these ppl need to be trained more itās bad I had to leave the store after being there a hour and got not a thing done my boyfriend and mom go up there 4 hours later then have a phone Iām not sure why it takes so long to switch services over get off the phone with your buddyās and do your job man sorry to be mean but itās the truth if u donāt kno what your doin donāt mess with things thatās y I sent my other half to begin with after I left because u didnāt kno what to do
