WATCH OUT FOR THIS STOREThe guy here is very pushy for convincing you to buy other products and services that you don't need, my bf went there to pay a bill and held him up for several minutes trying to sell him extra things he did not even ask about.And when he doesnt get his way he will add services to your account behind your back. I went on a seperate ocassion to see about financing a phone through them (complete scam). After realizing how expensive it was going to he and deciding that was not going to work out for me. Took me about 15 mins to maneuver the conversation, and get the information I needed, which he did not want to give me in full because Im sure not alot of people are willing to finance at double the price, I wrapped it up to not waste his time and he did not seem pleased. Tried to convince me for other phones several times which again I was not interested in (wanted the Iphone 15) but he offered me some cheap options. Likely just wanted a sale.Look at my bill this month AND LOW AND BEHOLD -AN EXTRA LINE FOR A TABLET FOR AN EXTRA $20 A MONTH!!!!! A TABLET I OF COURSE DID NOT ASK FOR, ENTERTAIN AND MUCH LESS RECIEVE.Nonetheless I will be reaching out to the manager in hopes of making this right.

The guy was really good with a friend when we went he didn’t understand what we wanted then didn’t have the phones then my boyfriend had to set them up then after my boyfriend set mine up he takes it and blocks coustmer service and then they couldn’t even help me WiFi calling wouldn’t work so I couldn’t get txt msgs from metro and metro kept hanging up on him when he called.. it’s sad that someone would block someone from helping so we have to come back up there wow what good service these ppl need to be trained more it’s bad I had to leave the store after being there a hour and got not a thing done my boyfriend and mom go up there 4 hours later then have a phone I’m not sure why it takes so long to switch services over get off the phone with your buddy’s and do your job man sorry to be mean but it’s the truth if u don’t kno what your doin don’t mess with things that’s y I sent my other half to begin with after I left because u didn’t kno what to do

Billie, the manager, is amazing! Her and the associate (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) were very eager to help me and went above and beyond to get it handled. I was having trouble swapping over to a new phone on my own and they helped me - even helped me get ahold of customer service via phone as it was having a glitch issue. Without a doubt, best experience I could have asked for!

My experience has been so TERRIBLE for at least a year or more I have paid MetroPCS 50.00monthly....They Pretend to help you with the Problems when you call and NEVER do, at this moment they had me to go AND PAY FOR ANOTHER SIM CARD...AND IT DOESN'T WORK EITHER...I DON'T BLAME METRO PCS I BLAME THE AGENT'S THAT JUST DON'T WANT TO COME THREW WITH THEIR JOBS... JUST WANT TO GET PAID FOR TELLING THE CUSTOMER WHAT WE WANT TO HERE WITH NOTHING DONE!!!!??☹️
