If I could give the ZERO stars I would. I went in there today 12/01/2023 because I was looking to change my phone service. The phone I was looking at cost $469, but with the PROMOTION it would be FREE! Well according to the man in the store I would pay $275 out the door. I told him he was crazy and turned around and walked out. He said he was going to call his boss to see if I could get a better deal, once back in the store I called out each price he QUOTED to me for m the taxes and fees, which he lied and said he didn’t say. He told me taxed on the phone would be $100, $35 activation fee, I had to get the $65 plan $49.99 for the phone and the taxes. So me being the detective that I am called around. Lets just say he was trying to pocket some money, because I was quoted WAAAAAAAAAAY cheaper at another METROPCS. I’m saying this to say AVOID this one at all cost and go ELSEWHERE to a METRO! Oh and another thing, the ones on BROAD, S. RUTHERFORD and MEMORIAL franchise is owned by the same person!!!! JUST A HEADS UP! The guy I spoke with when I called another METRO, I THANKED HIM for being HONEST!

This store has the gall to charge ALMOST $40 to replace your SIM card if you lost it, so if you lost your SIM card somehow and your phone, be prepared to pay them an arm and a leg. The moment the man said the price, I walked out. It should be criminal to charge that much if you lost your SIM card. Shame on this company.

I had a great experience there so far. Kenny was kind, patient and very clear. He was very knowledgeable on technology he solved every question I had with my phone or he had a solution to it. If you want good customer service and need issues resolved with your phone Kenny is the guy. Located in Murfreesboro on Memorial Blvd.

Don't understand why you can't go in and just buy a phone and do the switch yourself. All I get from it is that want to charge you fees after fees for things you can do yourself

In mufflersboro Tennessee the store right off of memorial on Sunday 03/20 Had a bad experience persistent device a lady actually let us walk out of the store without actually connecting the tablet up we proceeded out the door and fixed it ourselves Not very good businesses
