I had bought some batteries (8 volt Trojans) and when I brought the old batteries back the next business day they refused to give me my core charge of $180.00 and said that they would send me a check that has been a week ago still no check
I will not do business with this company ever again, very bad business practice

I am going to give a shout out to Nick Helcher at the Murfreesboro branch. This guy went the extra mile to get me through my warranty experience. These guys original help me track down the cart I needed(which was out of state at another dealership). A year later they also guided me through some minor warranty issues that saved me money. Nick thank you for showing such great effort and customer service. You have a happy repeat customer! Your team should be very proud!!

Mikey’s was awesome !
Brady in the Franklin location was very informative, courteous, and patient. No pushy sales and answered lots of questions for me. Brian at the Murfreesboro location closed the deal for us since that location was closer to our home. Brian was just as kind and helpful throughout the purchasing process and answered lots of questions too. Customer service has been outstanding with Cody as wonderful as a man can be and Cheryl in the office was in constant communication and and always eager to help.

I bought a 2024 D5 Ranger golf cart from the Mikey’s Motors - Franklin location. The salesperson was Eric and he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The other people in the office were nice as well. Even the man who delivered it was exceptional. Delivery was timely. I love my new cart. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
