He was assigned as our agent when we moved here automatically. However, I have left him multiple voicemails and tried to reach him multiple times over the last few months and have never been able to get hold of anyone from his office at all. Also tried to call customer service to get a different agent. And they were unhelpful. Looking for a different insurance company.

I've worked with Mitch and his staff for some years now they have all been Great! I've just recently moved and it was no hassle to switch my insurance to the new place through them. If you're in the market for a good insurance company and office I highly recommend this one.

Mitch and his team were very responsive when I had my accident. I had a wreck on the way to the airport and had to get my vehicle towed and a rwntal lined up for when I came back from trip. Mitchs' team handled everything for me and had rental at the airporr waiting on me. State farm paid about $2,000.00 more for my truck then I was expecting. I highly recommend, they have and keep going above and beyond!
