“My IPhone 14 ProMax stopped working last night when I could not get my charger in the port. No matter what charger I tried, none would go in. Being a local realtor, my life is in my phone.
I stopped in this morning. I didn’t catch the representative’s name at the front but he was awesome. He saw something immediately in my charging port and took my phone to the back. Shortly after he returned with my phone and had found a piece of a charger stuck in the port. I am back in business now and soooo appreciative!
