I recently bought a car from MotorKings and had a really great experience!Jaci was a pleasure to work with: She was quick to respond to all my questions, pricing was transparent, my experience was never rushed or pushy, and I got in and out without any hiccups or surprises and paying the exact amount I was expecting to pay before I ever set foot in the building.The car itself was in very nice condition at a very fair price, and the online listing was accurate. I haven't had any issues or concerns with it so far.I'd definitely recommend checking MotorKings out if they have something you like!

Jackie is absolutely wonderful! My car buying experience was great and her customer service skills are excellent! I loved the communication that I received prior to arriving at the dealership and there was zero misleading information concerning my vehicle! I have had the worst experience when dealing with Motor Kings. I purchased a car from them back in October ‘23 and have already had to spend over $8000 for repairs to it within the first month. It has now been a total of 5 months having my Mazda 6 and I regret EVERY BIT OF THIS PURCHASE! The process with buying the car with Jaci was easy and the car was beautiful as well but the aftermath after that went downhill after leaving the lot. The check engine light came on 3 weeks later. I went back to the dealer but could not return it or exchange it. There should be a law for this in Tennessee. I took the car the Mazda in Murfreesboro and had a full diagnostic on it and they said my car was unsafe to drive because the wheel bearing was cracked and it had a leak in the radiator and a host of other problems. The insurance they sold did NOT cover hardly any of the things that needed to be repaired. The price of the car on the website was not the price they sold it to me for after adding other things to it that I wasn’t aware that I didn’t have to agree to but gap insurance. This past Saturday, March 23, 2024, I hit a pothole on i24 and went to change the tire only to find that the jack was missing and the spare tire had a BIG hole in it! I was not happy about that! This has been the worst car I’ve EVER had for it to be so beautiful! Horrible experience and I’m stuck with a car note for 3 to 5 years.? I am VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED! I hope everyone’s experience is better than mine. No one deserves to go through what I’ve gone through!

Motor king is the place that I bought my car. I worked with the woman named Jackie she was awesome. The car is a really good car and I highly recommend everybody going to motor Kings to buy new vehicle. They’re the best.

Exceptional Service!They made our car buying experience very easy. We have to buy work trucks every 3-4 years and spend a lot of time looking around small dealerships. I was really impressed with how well the truck we purchased was detailed, they seemed to only have vehicles that were in very good used condition.Jackie has been so wonderful to work with! You will never have a call go unanswered, and she will make sure you are happy with your experience.We will be back at this dealership in a few years (after we rack up the miles on this truck), I don’t plan to go anywhere else.

We chose to look at MotorKings because the reviews were great, and this place did not disappoint. Jaci welcomed me, answered all my questions, and was quick to respond with phone calls and emails,. I’m honestly surprised at how she handled it all so well. My husband noticed the brake pads were a little thin and she didn’t hesitate to say they would put new breaks on the car. The process for financing was very easy and Jaci was able to get me a better deal than what I normally get with my own credit union.

Jaci was very professional and was very patient with all the questions that I was asking her. I test drove one vehicle and gave her my feedback and concerns that I had. She made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. This is a great place to purchase a vehicle. They will take care of you and not try to pressure you into buying a vehicle.
