Very satisfied with the service. Our technician, Roger was awesome. He was very polite and called before his arrival and was very upfront with the cost of repairs based on the manufacturer and provided other alternatives to replace the LED bulb. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely use them again.

Roger and Mary were so nice to work with. They came when promised, were up front about repairs and offered to check out another refrigerator if we decid to replace instead of repair. We are undecided about whether to repair or replaceThe service call price was reasonable and goes on the cost of repairs if you choose to do that. I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Boro Appliance is a family run business and is top notch, they quoted me a price over the phone, arrived when they said they would and no surprises. Much cheaper than what Home Depot quoted on my installation. They have great customer service and advice on my next purchase which is a new fridge. I will use them for all my appliance needs.
