I made a service appointment two weeks out only to be told when I got there that couldn't even look at for a week, not even a diagnostic. He told me just to leave it with them for a week. What? Why? Just be without my car for a week so it could sit in their lot until they could get around to looking at it? Worst, absolute worst car dealer I have ever tried to work with.

I recently visited this dealership to look at a car I found online. The salesman Chris was very helpful in answering any questions I had as well as test driving the vehicle. Would definitely return and recommend working with Chris.

My fiancée and I had an incredible experience at this dealership. Our sales associate named Chris knocked it out of the park with his service. He was thoughtful and made the process as painless as possible. The employees value their customers and their customers’ time here. Would highly recommend, especially working with Chris. Everyone we interacted with was great from start to finish.

Husband and I were in the market for a new SUV. I have owned two Hyundai SUV's previously - 2011 Tucson and a 2018 Santa Fe, so we more or less knew what we wanted. After reviewing the website and speaking to online sales, we decided on a Palisade they had on the lot. After being handed off to a salesman, dealership decided to low-ball our trade by 30%, despite referencing using the KBB on their website (which put our Santa Fe at about $20K, and them offering $15K on trade-in). In exchange, they offered 3 oil changes and a tire rotation, as if that was somehow comparable or reasonable.Very frustrating experience. As a loyal Hyundai owner for more than a decade, this was my first experience with Hyundai of Murfreesboro, and I would certainly not recommend them as a result. Seems like they want to prey on people, and undervalue trade-ins, which they will turn around and end up making a profit on the re-sell of.

Beware before doing business here. They offered me 15k for a vehicle their own website tool valued at nearly 21k. Practices like this are becoming far too common with shady dealerships and should be criminal.

JV, the general sales manager, is the reason why you hear horror stories about scummy car salesmen.Troy was our salesperson and was very kind, he called regularly but was not annoying or pushy. Simply checking in and updating to see what they could do to earn our business.We did a lot of research, as most do, and JV offered to give us a 0% loan for 60 months on our new car. Hyundai's site said the promotion was 0% for 36 months, and other dealers said they don't know how someone could offer that but if they can do it it would be a terrific deal.Given the doubt the other dealers had, I checked in with Troy and JV probably 5 times to ensure "you can do 0% for 60 months? Every other dealer says Hyundai can't do that." JV assured me that he was a GSM, he could get it done, and sent me the offer sheet attached. Multiple times, on the phone and in writing in texts, JV confirmed they can do 0 for 60.The morning before driving an hour to the dealership, I called again and said, "I don't want to drive down there with my wife for nothing. This deal is good?" Troy checked with his manager, JV, and assured me we are good to go.We get there, drive it, start signing docs with the terms agreed. Then JV comes out and says, "So sorry, it turns out they changed the terms."This was not a mistake or misunderstanding, it was snake oil sales. He completely wasted my time for weeks and my wife's time. Zero respect for us and one of the slimiest things I have ever seen.Everyone else I dealt with at various Hyundai dealerships was terrific. Honest, helpful, and eager to do what they could to earn the business. JV cheated, or tried to, and then thought he would get us in the store and close the deal? I don't know his plans, but what a massive p.o.s. he is.If you have the option to choose a different store, I recommend it. If you must go to Murfreesboro Hyundai and a salesperson passes the phone to JV, hang up.Best of luck to Troy and team, but I think this guy will cost him many sales like ours and I would stay as far away from him as possible.

I was very leery about leaving my car to have it serviced after reading reviews about some leaving their vehicle months, one almost a year, with no communication or (even though car was a recall) no rental offered offered. I had a good experience though. Even though Murfreesboro had a week of being “shut down” with snow and ice, my car was left on a Friday and returned the following Friday. This was after being told minimum time would probably be two weeks to get my car back. Jeremy was very helpful when I dropped my car off and Casey was helpful when it was time to pick my car up. It did take a while to get an appointment though, even though my car was being brought in for a problem caused by a recall fix. Once brought in , it was fixed and in a timely manner.

My daughter Makayla and I had a great experience at Murfreesboro Hyundai. Robby listed and help find the cars we were looking. When he was called away Alex stepped in to continue with excellence assistance. Both men listened and were very attentive throughout the entire process. When my next child is ready to purchase this will be our first stop.

Buying a car these days has gotten crazy . So many incentives , taxes and fees thrown in. This place actually has a $750.00 fee for paying cash on a used car. Lets see…………. Im agreeing to pay you your advertised price, DMV fees and state tax. In addition to that you want me to hand you over an additional $750.00 of my cash to…….. put……….? Where?Its kinda like going to publics , checking out and when you hand over your cash the cashier says” ok wait your paying with cash? I need to add an 8% cash tax. Thanks, but no thanks. You keep your car and ill keep my cashThanks for the experience
