Poor communication. I was told that my IPad would be ready in an hour or early the next day. 2 days go by, no call or text. I called and they said. Oh, we had to order your part. Why was that not communicated?
Long story short that was last Thursday 5-23-24 today is 5-29-24.
Ps. LOL I just seen your response. You just proved my point. Where was this prompt communication when I brought my business to you. Smh

This place is unprofessional. They took 5 days to give my daughter’s iPad back without even a simple I’m sorry . They also failed to notify us that the tablet would not be ready for pick up. We had to call to find this information out. After I told her I would be eating her in google, she said “go ahead and I will reply back” do not use these people!!

Went to get cracked camera fixed said that it would take 40 mins 2 and half hours later it’s was done come to find out didn’t even fix the camera lens just put a piece of glass on top of the hold one and charged me 60$ dollars to do it

STAY AWAY.. DONT LET THIS PLACE TOUCH YOUR DEVICE! Went in to have a camera replaced on a iPhone. Once we picked it up the phone started glitching, became extremely hot which caused the battery to drain. We had NO problems with the phone prior (just needed a new camera lens) and now the phone is RUINED! Took the phone back and the lady was very RUDE and said it needed a new battery. I tried to explain to her the battery was FINE before we dropped it off but she kept talking over me. Whatever she did to the phone made it very hot and that is what caused the battery to drain. I now see from other reviews she has treated many other customers the same way, ruined their phones, won’t do anything to fix the issues to make it right and has a horrible attitude.
There are other places in Murfreesboro to take your phone to be fixed.. please STAY FAR AWAY from Phones and More!
I will also be giving this review to BBB and to all social media platforms to warn all the local people in this area. Also, please be sure to checkout their awful reviews on YELP!
I don’t even give 1 star but had to so I could leave the review.. 0 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!

went in to buy a apple watch and she couldn’t get it set up to my phone so she asked did i want to just take it home and set it up my self.i took her up on her opinion, and took it home to set up.for some reason it will not set up so the next day i went to see if she could set it up because i couldn’t and she started yelling all sales are final and demanded me to get out her store

The service was very nice, I came in with a broken screen and got it fixed for only 70 in 10 minutes where other places charged 120. They also fixed an issue with my phones vibrations and put on a screen protector for free, would recommend.

DO NOT RECOMEND My partners phone was taken in in November, and they would not fix it. After calling them for two weeks in a row, and using my serious voice, they finally gave it back to me. Save time and money, go somewhere else!!!!

Owner kept my MacBook for 3 weeks, never followed up on repair status. I had to continuously go in or call. She kept saying it will be ready for pickup on a certain date and when they date came she pushed it back. I went in on 2/12 to pick it up and was told my MacBook was at the store in Nashville, like how did my MacBook end up in Nashville??? No repair was ever made or attempted. She is a scam artist and her work on cell phone repairs are glitchy. Stay far away from this place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND... These people held a phone of mine since November, and would not fix it. After calling, using my serious voice, and being hung up on 4 times, I finally got it back. Minus the SIM card. Save time and money!! Go somewhere else. I didn't even want to click 1 star, but the app made me.
