We went to Nails So Happy because our normal nail spa was closed unexpectedly. My daughter LOVED Nails So Happy. They were very professional and kind. Looks like we found our new nail spa!!!

Asked for a basic pedicure. They usually do a great job but the gentleman rushed and it shows. I didn't have time for them to fix it so I asked to pay half now and return and pay the other half after it is fixed. A basic pedicure is $45. The man had me pay $30 for the work they did which was essentially an exfoliation, messy paint job and a cuticle trimming that made me bleed. When I refused to pay that much he asked “why”. Frustrated and tired, I paid and left. I decided not to go back for the repair. I will not give them any more of my time or money. Really disappointed as this was my go-to place for pedicures for years and being pregnant I was really looking forward to this. There are plenty of other places in Murfreesboro to go to these days.

We were a walk in. They got to us extremely fast. The service was excellent, very friendly and was just a great experience. Loved the manicure I received. I will definitely return when in the area.

Very unhappy experience. We were told a half hour wait. No one waiting in front of us.after 45 minutes, I asked if it would be much longer. Was told a few minutes. After 15 more minutes, we were told come back another day. They should have told us when we first came in.
