I ordered a small stamp today.The employee told me I could pick it up in 2 hours. I waited 4 hours before returning to the store.When I arrived the employee told me they hadn't started on it yet.The only excuse given was we have been busier today than usual.I run a business myself and that's no a valid excuse. It's now been 6 1/2 hours and no word on my small order.I'll never use them again.

Not familiar with store so ask where a few items were after looking myself and only told which isle they were on and did not offer to show me where they were! Walmart employees are more helpful than they are! While being close to home I will not go back. For $80 purchase I expect better service!

There is always good parking available. Going into the store is EASY in and out. The employees are always kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well-arranged. It is also in a handy spot.

Web site is extremely misleading about lead times until you get into placing your order and then suddenly 3-5 day lead time. No one and I mean NO ONE answers the phone. Bot only. Customer Service is non-existent.

This location is always friendly, prompt and efficient. I send a lot of printing ahead online and then pick it up later. Very good turnaround, excellent product.

I feel comfortable to shop at Office Depot /OfficeMax as it is easy to find stuff, items are reasonably priced and stores are conveniently placed.

Had an order pickup and shopped around a bit. Staff I came in contact with wasnt friendly and seemed to intentionally avoid helping me. Eventually ended up going to different team member to checkout/pickup order. The process was not smooth. This member did not seem to know what she was doing.
