I would absolutely recommend their service. Not only was my van left really clean but the the gentleman (He told me his name was Robert Mallone)who wash my carpet was really polite/respectful and his work ethic’s were really detailed and worked really hard. I’ve to car cleaning shops before of course and they simply can’t compare their job to the service with mobile detailing company. The secretary Katie was a good person to talk with. I already gave their phone number to a friend and my recommendation.Service: Seat shampooing

We booked On It Detailing and had my car cleaned by Robert. Reached out via text message and got a respond within the same day. Booking was very easy. He did such an amazing job. He was very thorough and even cleaned my baby’s stroller. 10/10 would book again!Services: Interior scenting

BJ took my muddy Jeep from disgusting to better than it looked when I bought it! He showed up in the time window he gave me and got straight to work. He took his time to make sure the job was done right and I couldn't be happier with the results. This man takes pride in his work and as a business owner myself I am impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend and will be using him again.Services: Wheel washing

This was the best interior detailing I've had. It was definitely worth the money and a great value. They were friendly and a great with communication. They got all the seats cleaned from stains and NO DOG left in sight and I have a corgi/shephard mix so that is saying something! I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking!Services: Auto interior vacuuming

AMAZING!!! I never would have believed my car could look this good!! I have a 12 year old car, with a 12 year old interior. I had numerous very old stains on cloth seats that I was skeptical could be removed, but was hoping for at least an improvement. I was shocked when I saw the inside! I kid you not, my car looks brand new! Not only are the stains gone, but the upholstery isn’t worn down looking anymore. And even better, they did all that plus remove the fog from my headlights (yes they are clear now!!) for less than half of what another company charged me. I will definitely be calling them again and I will recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!Services: Seat shampooing

**edit****Whereas I was initially very pleased with my service, about a day after my car was detailed I began to smell a very rancid smell in my car. It took a couple of days to figure out where it was coming from but we finally removed the back seat in my car and the foam under the seat was soaking wet and beginning to grow mold. I believe this happened whenever they were spraying the hatch area in the back of my car with water (which I saw happen at the beginning of the service). I am very happy with how my car looked, however, It was a pain to have to take my car apart and let it air out just to get that smell out. **I had a great experience with On It Mobile Detailing. My car was extremely dirty on the inside and outside and by the time they were done it looked brand new. They were also on time and professional.Services: Full body wash

I called them last night and made an appointment for 9am this morning. I gave them a half hour after that time to call me because I do live on post so I thought maybe it would take longer to get here. I then called them multiple times till 10am and no one answered. I then tried leaving a voicemail telling them they were unprofessional and the machine hung up on me within 1 minute. Totally unprofessional service. They still have not called me.

I called after seeing add for moblie detailing on FB and set a Appointment for Friday at 11am. They never called me nor showed nor answered my calls to 2 different numbers.. Very Unprofessional..!!

On It Mobile detailing did a tremendous job detailing my vehicle to prepare it to sell. They got every stain out of the seats and interior, cleaned every crack and crevice. All at a great price. Would highly recommend!

Update: I'm not changing anything I wrote about the detailing of my car. However, one of my mats had a stain and they asked if they could take it with them over night to try to get it out so I let them. They have not returned our mat nor have they returned phone calls.My wife was out of town and I wanted to surprise her by having her car detailed. I did a Google search and found highly rated On It Mobile Detailing. I called and left a message. A couple of hours later they returned my call and i set up an appointment.They arrived on time and started working on my wife's SUV. They detailed the inside and outside including removing the headlight film (little extra cost but reasonable).The job they did was fantastic! They made our 11 year old car look as new as it could look. While they were working several of my neighbors were so impressed by their work they asked for estimates to do their cars.I highly recommend On It Mobile Detailing.

I set up an appointment yesterday and they called and said that their current detailing is taking longer than expected so they asked if they could come over when they are finished and I agreed. They never called again and never showed up. So I set up another appointment for today thinking that maybe the detailing took until the time their day was suppose to end. They said they would call when they were on their way. The appointment time was for 4:10pm. It’s now 6:05pm and I haven’t gotten a call and they never showed up. I tried calling them but didn’t get an answer.
