I would advise against selling here. I drove from Smyrna, dropped off a full bag of clothes and a pair of Jordan’s that had only been worn twice. They informed me I would receive a text message when ready and i would need to pickup within 24 hours or my items would be donated. 2 days had passed and I did not receive a text message so I called to see if they were finished looking through the items. The lady who answered the phone told me they were finished and I could come to the store. When I arrived they asked me to see the text message and looked very confused when I told them I never received one and that I was told my items were ready when I called the store. They wanted to keep several shirts and pants and the Jordan’s they offered me $7 for everything. I spent more in gas and time driving back and forth. I decided to take the items back so that I could donate.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I brought in perfect condition clothes. They passed on everything, Puma, Nike, even really expensive eclectic brands. Claimed it wasn’t “in style” children’s clothing….. being in style? that makes no sense. This place has gone down hill from the minute it switched owners.

I like coming here because the prices have been reasonable (toddler boys clothes) and I’ve been back twice. Today I went and it smelled like their toilet had backed up. Or they were having major sewer problems. The bathrooms are not open to the public so I’m positive the staff was aware of the situation. Either way I felt like they should have closed the store until they fixed the sewer smell in the store or whatever sewer problem they are having, because it was extremely off putting. Other shoppers were commenting on the smell while I was there. I wish it felt more clean in there, so I won’t be back for a while.

I've sold items here several times over the last four years. The old owners would give you a very fair offer on the items you're trying to sell. The new owners offer pennies for items you are trying to sell and they have raised their resell prices significantly. They are selling used clothes for the same price as new clothes at target/walmart. The air conditioner is broken and they don't have a public restroom.

This place is a joke , they do not have a clue what is going on!!! The two young girls in there running the place are rude and disrespectful towards customers and they also broke my brand new tote that I bought just for this occasion to take my items to this place an they acted like it wasn’t a big deal that they damaged my property!!! For anyone thinking about going to this place think again!!! You would have better luck looking at yard sales or Walmart then using this place !!!

Sold here a long time ago but have come in to buy occasionally. Is there new management because it has gone WAY downhill. I used to get a fairly decent store credit when trading in but they didn’t take much. The clothes are also like $4-$5 a piece. They also aren’t as friendly as they used to be. Will stick to shopping at Kid to Kid.

Usually a decent selection, prices are always reasonable. I do wish their purchase policy wasn't so strict. I've brought gently worn items that were rejected for wear and tear when I've seen worse on the racks. Right now their AC is broken. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and I do enjoy their rewards program. A great place for parents to shop for your kids on a budget!

I wanted to sell a bed side bassinet, and originally took to Kid to Kid. They didn't buy bassinets, so I called once upon a child. They were quick to answer the phone, very pleasant and told me they do buy them, and how long they'd be open. Once I got there the staff was so nice in greeting me. The whole wait took maybe 15 minutes, if that, which was awesome. The store had a ton of clothing options of all sizes, is clean, and looked really organized. I wasn't sure if they'd have carts, I brought my 4 month old in her stroller, but they do have carts here. Looking forward to going back in the future!
