Took my battery in and she told me it needed to be Charged and give it an hour, when I went to pick it up they told me the battery was bad and not even the right battery for my car. I left and went to discount battery and the guy changed my battery and directly put in the "bad" battery and my car started right up.

My car wouldn't restart after getting gas, I was able to get a jump and headed to O'Reilly where Jordan was able to get me a new battery and installed it. He 100% saved the day!

This place knows and calls me by name when I walk in the door. I thought it might be because I drove a piece of crap car and I visited them a lot, but that's not the case. They're just really nice folks. I guess you can get a censor just about anywhere, but they take the time to get to know me.

Every employee of this location are beyond awesome. I'm a commercial customer and visit a lot more often than other customes....except for maybe Dodge and Chrysler owners, I'm never sure how they make it there or how they leave! The staff are actually knowledgeable about parts instead of relying on their pos screen to script ideas and responses. If you come to buy wiper blades for your truck, no one is going to ask you if it's a 4x4 or not. The delivery drivers here are equally awesome, always short-staffed and deserve a hefty salary increase for the small miracles they manage in a small white truck.

Jeremiah was such a helpful hand to me today at Oriellys on old fort!! He was extremely kind and answered all my questions. Haven’t had good customer service like that in a while and he deserves to be recognized for being such a professional and sweet young man!!

Semi retired professional mechanic.
I deal primarily with Rich at the commercial counter, but know most of the staff.
Recently I got into a bit of a jam on a carburetor, and they REALLY came through in helping me out.
I am still in awe at the way they helped me out of this jam.
They bent over backwards, and I am NOT a major account by any means.
In over fifty years of turning wrenches, there are very few times anyone has ever gone out of the way these guys did.
O'Reilly's Old Fort Parkway rocks!!

I went to O'Reilly auto parts with a complex problem for parts for my Suburban. Amanda there was both patient and competent. I got exactly the parts I needed quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend!

This store is just exceptional. Today was not my first time in by far, but it was another great experience. These guys saved me a tow to Franklin to the dealer & as a single Mom, I couldn’t be more thankful. They were so kind & treated me so respectfully. I hope the district Manager or higher reads this bc this store truly deserves the recognition.
