I thought I thought when you pay for overnight shipping, you got the parts the next day. That’s not the case at O’Reilly !!!!!! My parts come in 3 or 4 days later and they would not refund my shipping fee back period!!!!!! WOW?

O’Reilly has always been top notch. They are always extremely helpful. I needed a new battery for my 2000 Toyota truck. They had it in stock and installed it within 15 minutes. I will be back.

Man I went in there and the staff was very rude. Not to me though I get it they are young working at the front. They shouldn't make fun of the other customers or the old guy trying to get help.

The gentleman let me know what the problem is with my pickup truck. I had a mechanic also look at it and he said the same thing that O'Reilly told me. The mechanic will fix it tomorrow. The mechanic told me how much it would cost to be fixed.

Franco, Shawn, Aidan and Gregory had a store full of people stressed out and they all handled it like pros. They were even installing things for people and still handled everything like a beast. Thanks guys. This is why I shop at this location. I literally drove 30 miles and passed 6 parts stores. Again ???
