Party City is always a fun place to shop for birthday and holiday decorations. The one here in Murfreesboro is great. It's well stocked, has a large selection, and a staff that is a bit on the loony side. They are a fun group with a fabulous sense of humor. If you need a pick me up or just have a craving in your sweet tooth, stop by and say hello. While you are there, you may even find the one item that will bring your next gathering together.

I love this place they just made my day after an online delivery from other sellers fail .Check on them and make sure they don’t have what you want before ordering online from anyone you want . More safe

Do yourself a favor buy balloons somewhere else. 20 min drive after calling to make sure they have stuff in stock and then get there to find out their out and have no clue when they will restock. The employs have no clue what they are doing no one could answer any questions. The managers are even worse!!! 2hr wait for a ballon and they wouldn't even let me buy it to take it somewhere else to get it blown up!!!

The manager here had a conversation with an employee about slavery while I was shopping. The manager, white, told the other employee, black, that she, the manager, is oppressed. This clearly offended the employee and put her in an uncomfortable situation. As time went by and I kept shopping I noticed the manager barking orders at only one employee. She made this very visibly new employee do multiple jobs while other employees relaxed. This employee was a very kind, and sweet person, as well as just a kid. I asked this employee about her time here so far and her manager. The employee says that she is made to stay after hours basically being forced into over time while some of the other coworkers have conversations and with their friends and slack off or while the manager takes her sweet time either counting money or what ever else needs to be done. If the manager notices that a job assigned to another employee is apparently not done. This new employee is told to do it. This employee told me that she loves her first job but her manager, who I will name drop, Merlin, has made it as hard as she can for this employee specifically. So the managers just a bitch.

I was charged $49 for a 6 pack of balloons and 2 large #1’s for an 11th birthday. I picked up some small “#1s” by mistake but was still charged. The cashier didn’t care enough to take those off. Anyway, $49 and a few hours later the 6 pack of balloons I paid to have filled with helium were on the floor. I will never make this mistake again.

Staff is nice and they now deliver your balloons for you using a third party and that is lovely!! Especially if you throw a lot of parties like I do!!

Mediocre. Long wait even though first I. Store. Only one employee actually attending register while 4 others walked around talking. Prices are excessively high for stuff that the dollar tree two doors down offer for a fraction the cost. Balloon didn't stay inflated long and material was easily damaged . I don't recommend unless you have to get something for same day party.

I wasn’t happy with my experience here. I called and asked for a specific item. The employee immediately told me they didn’t have it. I said okay, can you like, look for it?? Then she asked, What are you looking for?I told her what it was and she put me on a brief hold, asked someone if they had it, and came back on the phone and proceeds to say, I just asked someone if we had it and they said if we do, it’s probably in the Halloween section. I could have saved a drive from Christiana had they not had the item.

There was only one individual cashier and she also had to prepare the balloons. My balloons looked like a hot mess. However, I didn't complain because she was trying to handle everything by herself.

They probably have "supply chain issues" like some others since the selection on certain birthday items was less than thrilling.
