This place is never properly staffed. You can have one person in the waiting room and you will still wait over an hr. The staff is not friendly and will ignore every attempt to ask a question at the desk. If you have time and access to other labs go there because this place is not worth the hassle.

Took my personal information and labs and never contacted me or responded to my physicians request for the information. I’ve also called and it goes to voicemail and I’ve left 4 voicemails on different business days during business hours with zero calls back. Where did my lab go?

I got to the office, got my blood work done and sample finished, and got out in about ten minutes. The staff were friendly and got me in and out real quick 😊😊😊.

The wait times at this lab are horrible. We had to wait over an hour, tremendous waste of time. This is frustrating, and it's clear that improvements are needed to ensure a more efficient process but they don’t really care cause only place our doctor works with

Won’t return phone calls even though the message says they will. I left three over two days and no response. I stopped by to ask my question and no one was at the desk for 15 min. I couldn’t stay longer.

It's a lab, You go in, pee in a cup and leave. They bill you later. I do wish you could pay in the office but otherwise the folks do a good job.

Office in the building has moved from 220 to 110 on first floor. There is a red plastic sign in hallway with the word LAB on it.

Waiting length is horrible. No one at the front desk to assist timely. Not sure if they are short staffed but it need to be addressed quickly. The method of serving patients effectively should be reviewed

The Pathgroup is a great facility when i've came to get blood drawn. Other than the little receptionist at the front desk who never has a good attitude, this place is amazing with it's equipped staff in the back.

If is the worse ,they sent to me a bill that already paid at the clinic.Customer service are rude. When I have asked for his supervisor, he put me on hold for one hour, and no body answer.

The ladies here were helpful getting my sons labs drawn but sure wish they would have been a little more welcoming and smiley. My son was nervous bc of previous blood draws being a nightmare. All said and done she did great.
