Been here coming up on 24 hours waiting for a part from Freightliner in Nashville 30 minutes away. Was told Freightliner forgot to put it on morning delivery truck. Don't know about these parts but in my part of the US companies would have ran to get it. I wish I would've taken the chance of it de-rating to 5 mph and continued into Nashvile Penski, they got things done for me the last time my truck had issues going through here. This place doesn't understand the customer service term. Their service guy that came out to try to get me going is the only thing I've got to say about this place that would be positive

Very friendly and quick. Trucks were very clean and in great condition. The car trailer was an issue tho. The jack was located poorly to where we had to our own jack because the handle of the mounted jack was directly under the car so once u load the car u cannot raise nor lower the trailer. That was extremely time costly. The other trailer we rented here didn't have this issue which i find interesting.

Unfortunately, the experience has not been good. It has been a nightmare with their numerous mechanical vehicle failures with this rental company.

I give Penske a BIG THUMBS UP!!! They treated me with great respect and will rent from them again. We had problems with our truck and the people at this center really took care of us. Thank you PENSKE TRUCKS!!!
