I've had quite a few issues at this store with the previous staff. Apparently I wasn't the only one who wasn't fond of them because its under new/better management. The new staff seem a lot nicer. Cabbage and Billy were lovely. Thanks so much gentlemen.

I have been to this Pep Boys twice — once for checking a sound from my engine (which turned out to be a minor issue that was fixed) and once for an oil change and tire rotation. Both times, I was added to the schedule on short notice and my car was worked on and completed before the time expected. It's also nice that the status of your vehicle can be tracked via a link sent to you via SMS. The employees are also very friendly and treat your vehicle like their own! Cabbage is a great receptionist.

Loren was fantastic and very helpful! He helped me get my alignment and two new front tires today for a reasonable price. I will most definitely be back for future services and recommending pep boys to friends and family. Thank you again Loren for you exceptional customer service!

Very unprofessional and all the guys are young and they was all lost.They messed my car up and I took it somewhere else and what they said it was not my issues and I bought a almost three hundred dollars battery and it was bad I had toget another one.To be new it has poor customers service I give them a zero.Hands down.

Loren and his team are nothing short of amazing!!! I needed my truck serviced before heading out of town, they got me in and out no problem!! They thoroughly checked over my vehicle to make sure it was travel safe!! Loren took care of me in the office and gave me every option available!! HIGHLY recommend!!

This was the biggest mistake I have ever made. My car has been overheating for the past year. I have been taking my car to Pep Boys, and they fix it…temporarily. These guys are either very low-IQ individuals, or they don't care. Just recently, my car overheated for the 6th time. They tried to convince me I needed a new radiator for almost $1000. I declined the offer because if I needed a new radiator why didn't they change it the last 5 times. As soon as I got my vehicle back it is misfiring. My car is barely running thanks to the idiots who fix the cars. I will NEVER EVER go back here again. This is a warning to everyone. DONT GO HERE.

Great experience. Friendly staff.
Got us in very last minute put our new tire on.
We were traveling and our tire shredded.
Very helpful and I know that the employees were tired and ready to go and they stayed to help us out!

Nothing I love better than a helpful mechanic shop. Chico was extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I highly recommend getting your car and tires serviced here.

Wish I could leave less than a half star. BEWARE of this store and company. The tech’s don’t know what they’re going and corporate needs to teach the managers what customer service is…. Take your business anywhere but here.

If there is less than one star, I would put it. It’s a rip off. DO NOT GO THERE. A Part cost 135$ they sold it to me for 795$ And it was generic. My car still not running good. just because I was traveling and I was away from home.I’ll make sure the word is out. I told all my friend in Murfreesboro.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They damaged 2 of my wheels and 2 brake calibers. I had another Pep Boys and my local discount tire inspect it per their recommendation. They both said the tech clearly put my wheels on wrong to damage them. The Area Manager disagreed and wouldn't make it right. He went against photos and everything. This is a despicable company and they treat their customers like dirt. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
