I have been to this Pep Boys about three times now and they have been excellent every time. The workers are professional and expedient, the facilities are clean, and they don’t try to price gouge at all. They even have a very transparent system that lets you see what’s going on with your vehicle. These guys are great.

Good people. I will never come here for an oil change and tire rotation again. Scheduled my truck for 8:30am and waited on it till noon. The truck got put on the lift at 8:45 am. I get everyone is busy but that is insane. Will be going somewhere else for oil changes.

My family and I were on a road trip vacation when we encountered a rapidly flattening tire 9 hours away from home. I quickly Googled the nearest service stations, and we headed over to Pep Boys. They were kind, professional, and got us in and back on the road in about an hour. The service was also incredibly affordable. They were our white knights in our time of need. I highly recommend them.

Tried charging my wife ~$1400 for two rear brake/rotor/caliper replacements. ABSOLUTE RIPOFF for part prices. Labor was only $200. For comparison, I was able to source the materials at my local AutoZone and got the brakes and rotors for less than $200. Calipers were also only $70-100 each. Last time I'm dealing with pep boys.

I had an emergency & needed a new tire before I left out of town for the day. The service manager, Adam, got me taken care of and in and out in no time! I will never go anywhere else for tires or service. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices

They gave me an estimate for replacing a compressor with melted wire. The weather was turning HOT and I needed my vehicle and needed it to have cool air. I agreed to the expensive 1200 price. They texted me and said it was ready for pick up. Got a ride up there started it and it was blowing hot air like when I brought it in. I needed to leave it again. Next day they stated that a fan went out and quoted an additional 800 to fix it. This place needs to stand by their original diagnosis and not add additional things that they failed to catch. Their lack of efficient digonisis shouldnt be the customers burden. We will not return.

You quoted me one price then charged me more with "Shop fees." You looked me in the eye and told me $99 plus tax then chared me $110 plus tax. I'll never return and your reputation will go before you. watch for social video exposing you.

Do not trust this location. They quoted me a service to change my Mercedes Benz daytime running light (driver side only) at $800.00 plus out the door. The MB dealership only charges $510.00 for the same service. Another import auto shop wanted only $501.00. MB charges $280.00 for the part retail. This place was attempting to charge me $500.00 for the part alone. Why? I wouldn’t trust this place to complete any work on my car after this. Facts…

Don't come to this place they gonna charge you to guess what your car have, y pay 250 to get my ac fix they say it was ready when I use the ac on front of them still was not working and they say has to be check again and then come whit another issue that suppose to cost me 1200 plus what I have to pay for what they "already fixed" moments ago, I went to another mechanic and he charge 800 for the same replacement they was gonna do it for 1200... they are trash and don't know whate they doing just know how to change oil also they never refund...
