I have 4 kittens that are 6 weeks old needing to get their vaccinations booked an appointment for 3.27 and was told they can’t take them because my 1 pound kittens ALL need to be in separate crates for vaccines due to “policy”. What policy, I cant find anything regarding why I need to have them all separate, that makes zero sense. I even asked if I could bring them in separately one at a time they said no. You guys are full of it, 60$ for XS crates lol

Cashier was super nice and you could tell how much she loves her pets and animals. I got the three-pack of self cleaning litter boxes and I definitely will be coming back.

After multiple times of purchasing dog food with bugs/webbing inside the bag( every time Audra help replace) this time I had to rush not one but 2 of my dogs to the emergency vet... They were sick from th food that we sadly found had expired in OCT 24 , yet it was purchased just days begore....the puppy needed multiple trips for care the lager dog is on meds for 45 days. Our puppy could have died because of the mold/toxic food. After years and thousands of dollars spent here on the regular.... We will NEVER come back.... Shame on you PETCO

I have never gone into a pet store and been denied fish. I was told they couldn’t sell me a swordtail, that’s all I wanted was one fish and one algae eater. I have had fish tanks since I was a kid and I know what will fit in my tank and what won’t. I was even in environmental science for three years back in school. I don’t appreciate being told what I’m allowed to have and what I’m not allowed to have. My husband brought me out here from Sparta to celebrate Valentine’s Day and this literally killed my day because now I’m so angry. I didn’t even get the crickets for my bearded dragon. I’ll go to the Petco in Cookeville or the PetSmart, this one in Murfreesboro isn’t for me and I doubt I’ll go back.

Huge shoutout to Alice in aquatics for being so knowledgeable and helpful about my new pleco and beta fish. She was so sweet and so very helpful! Great location and can’t say enough good things about it other than the prices but other than that it’s fantastic!

I visit about once a month for food and treats. Sometimes an online order, sometimes a regular store shopping trip. Every time it is well stocked and aisles are clear. The associates are nice and welcoming.

Petco was the only place that offered the AKC training classes I was interested in. Ms. Treasure is the best dog trainers ever! She is very knowledgeable about training and is a joy to work with. My dog LOVES her! He made so much progress and passed all his tests to become a therapy dog. Ms. Treasure is kind, respectful, positive, and hardworking! I am very grateful for my time with her at Petco.

Five stars because their employees - every single one I’ve encountered- are always polite, welcoming, helpful! The store also carries the specialty dogfood one of my dogs (elder, 11 yrs old) needs and it’s wonderful to buy it locally and not to have to pay shipping.

We went into Petco, hoping to adopt a kitten our cat. We fell in love with Chess, a 3 year old tuxedo cat. The young lady in the store was extremely helpful with the paperwork necessary for the adoption. We now have him in our home. He has adapted beautifully and we've renamed him Sir Duke!
