The price I am being charged to groom my dog is rediculous!!! I stopped coming for about a year because of the charges but decided to try one more time. I have a springerdoodle and I always brush him and even use a wire comb before his appointment since I get charged $1.00 per minute for "dematting". I was charged $45.00 on top of the full grooming charge today! No way they had to spend 45 minutes dematting him! Then another $12.00 for nail file. I would think nails would be a part of grooming. My bill today was $199.68! I will NOT be back. Absolutely rediculous!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer buying large bags of Royal Canin food for our golden retriever. I support local stores when possible and pay more for the food vs buying on-line since Petsense stated I’d get a free bag after buying 10. However, every time I purchased a bag, I was told 2 more bags and you’ll get a free bag. When I questioned why I was apparently stuck on 8 bags after buying far greater than 10 bags, I was advised there is a time limit in which the 10 bags must be purchased. I feed my dog the recommended amount of food so I guess Petsense has successfully scammed me. The retail associate agreed this policy was not fair. I will now be buying the same bag on-line for $15 less per bag.
Update: The response from the company to the above issue was as poor as the company policy as the store associate did nothing wrong and in fact she was a very nice woman who handled the situation professionally and who could relate to the issue at hand.

We were fed up with our last grooming experiences from "PetSmart" we just wanted our girl to be clean, properly brushed, and a good deshedding! So we thought we'd try Petsense it's closer to our home we pass by it all the time. We brought our husky Molly in last week and let me tell you they did a fantastic job on our big girl! You guys were so through our girl was finally fresh and clean she was so soft you could actually tell she had been brushed and bathed unlike PetSmart which left a lot to be desired. I just wanted to thank you Savannah for taking great care of our sweet Molly♡ You have a customer for life! I'll recommend you to all of our friends and family and to anyone with a fur baby!☆☆☆☆☆ 5 star service!!

Staff is very helpful. My Family was excited about the Animals they had. I even found Pet items & Pet food they sold at a Lower price then Big Store Chains by Almost $9 - $10. When you become a frequent shopper you gain points for FREE items you are Purchasing. In our current economy those few Dollars add up to Big Savings ?I Highly recommend checking Petsense out and comparing for yourself.
