JJ’s excellent customer service and beaming smile made my walking about 1/2 a mile to Pilot in the middle of the night worth it! He was so friendly, kind, and his laugh truly made my night. So thank you JJ for being the super awesome person you are! You made my trip worth it!

I was standing outside waiting on an Uber when this woman that worked there come out and started yelling at me about leaving trash in the parking lot I had no trash to leave in the parking lot and then she said I was cussing her I wasn't cussing her I just said I don't have no trash then she wants to call the police on me for loitering when I was waiting for an Uber

I'm a truck driver and i would not recommend this Pilot at all. Damn near all the parking spots need to be reserved, the restaurant is closed, theres no truckers lounge or anywhere to sit for even a minute. The staff is friendly is about all i can say about it. 🤷🏽♂️

Again pilot and flying J's don't fail to disappoint with crappy customer service. The Arby's is shut down so do you think they would offer some hot food or at least food that can be reheated? Nope nothing.
Then they have the nerve to enforce their reserved spots. There were still available reserved spots when they threatened to tow me if I didn't pay for the spot. The Pilot didn't provide even the most basic amenities so they have no right to expect drivers to pay for their spots.
Reserved parking is supposed to be a convenience for drivers to make sure they have parking. If you're parked in a reserve spot the only reason you have to move should be to give it to the driver who paid for it. Instead some Pilots and Flying J's have used as just another way of hosing drivers out of money by forcing anyone parking in the spot to pay.

Put a cone in a spot if it's already been reserved. I parked, no drive time left. Went inside to pay, and they told me I had to leave. I'm a card holding company driver. This is not good business. This caused me a lot of trouble and effort to find another place to park for the night and didn't get a shower either. I will not be stopping at this location again. I'm just being generous by giving one star.

Trash customer service at the counter from the General Manager at that. I walking into Arby's to hear him cussing somebody out. When I asked who he was cussing out he told me it wasn't my business., which is correct so I order and he said he didn't have time for this and walked away without taking my order. Him and his attitude need to be lead out that building to the unemployment line. Absolutely worst customer service from management at that!
