We have been with Pinnacle Financial Partners for almost 10 years now with our personal and business banking. Their customer service is awesome. Special shout out to Sharon Rivers who helps us tremendously on the commercial side and also everyone at the Broad Street branch. Excellent service on all counts.

This bank is suppose to open at 8:30am, as it says on google. I’ve been here since 9am and they are still closed with people inside. I went to open the door to go inside and she tells me they’re opening at 9:30am???

I have banked with Pinnacle for 16 years with the exception of a 6 month period when I switched to 5th3rd bank which was a scam bank. Pinnacle has on going issues with online banking even via going through web browser instead of using mobile app( which is a common excuse they use as to all the issues with their online banking. Constant issues with password even though I “show” password & its accurate yet says its wrong & call a rep & they say “well this never happens this is strange” Yet I have logged every time this has happened & its been 47 times over the course of 10 years span. Also, screenshots of transactions no longer pending & have posted then the next day the same transactions are pending again. Transactions being moved around affecting my balance & changing it back & forth with days of each other due to their system putting them in posted/cleared to pending status back & forth. For 3 years straight had issues with them holding my direct deposit tax refund for 3 weeks after the IRS sent my text that is has been released to my account. Had to go to branch & call IRS while standing in front of teller & put my phone on speaker to get them to stop holding my money from me. Worst absolute worst Bank mannerisms ever!!!! Never do they take accountability for their software & system glitches always have an excuse instead of being professional & admitting to issues & apologizing.

Over the last year, i could not be happier with a bank.Their online banking application simplifies my life with details listed.The mobile deposit feature simplifies my life.Thankfully the lobby is open.

My girl and I got about 7 grand in the bank and haven't been able to touch any of it. Have even deposited another payroll check in and still pinnacle bank will not allow us touch the money. There is nothing pending absolutely nothing. But pinnacle has froze the entire account. And because of that we lost the truck and have no food in the house. And it's been going on a month now. Pinnacle has horrible hours. We can't transfer from saving to be able to use anything. Pinnacle is the worst bank to bank with. We will be switching to regions.

Rich at Pinnacle Financial..... you are simply a fabulous human! You're the only person out of all of our accounts payable who thought to check on us after the Hurricane! You asked if there was anything your company could do to help us as we recover! Not only that but you're just a pleasure to speak with in general. Every time you do your monthly reminder calls to remind us about our car payment, you literally give a warm and enjoyable conversation! Absolutely stellar comstomer service sir! ðŸ‘ðŸ¾ðŸ‘ðŸ¾ðŸ‘ðŸ¾ðŸ‘🾠If you ever go into the Hotel business and move to Orlando.... YOU HAVE A JOB!! People.... I will advocate for this bank as long as Rich is there!
