This is my neighborhood bank. We've been with them around 2 decades; I've lost count. We get great service whether we call in or visit a branch. We've especially had good service when we need foreign currency for travel, or putting protections on our account. Great people working there.
One con: Saturday hours, at least until noon, would be great..

Bobby was very rude when I called in today and told me she can ask anything she wants & hung up the phone on me. She was Very disrespectful. If I haven't been with Pinnacle for 10+ yrs, I'd change banking. No reason in talking to someone hateful, you never know what someone has going on in life. Be respectful & do your job.

I hate banking but LOVE this Team - Josh does a great job. Mrs Brenda is the absolute best and Dean and Phillip are great to work with when she is not in. I don’t dread going into the bank at Pinnacle at all. Thanks

This Bank by far has been one of my worst experiences doing business with a bank. They locked my more than 5x a week. I call more than 5x a week to remove hold and I have bylaws and POA governing my account and they still is causing problems and I'm a transportation company. I been missing loads because I'm on the phone with them 30 minutes or more trying to get my hold remove. I never knew a bank could cause you to miss out on money. Wells Fargo is better in my opinion

Online it says that this bank is open on Saturdays 9-12pm. I am new to this bank and did not expect them to be closed today.

Bobby is amazing, superstar customer service! I would have given negative stars if I could and it wasn’t for Bobby. My complaint is in the management of Pinnacle and their incompetent decisions. Over a year now and the lobby is still closed, not open on Saturday and closes at 4 pm. I moved my personal and business accounts here over a year ago January 2020 and have regretted it since. I get COVID-19 stuff, but all other banks in the area are pretty much regular operations. I am unable to bank and get stuff needed when you close so early, don’t open on Saturdays and don’t open the lobby.Thanks for letting me know that you don’t care for my business.

Staff is friendly but that doesn’t do any good if they are supposed to open at 9 and they aren’t.
It’s not a holiday and people are lined up and waiting.. ????
