Appreciate the opening of this branch. Next to my neighborhood branch, this is the one I use the most. Always great service.

I can’t say enough great things about Courtney, the branch manager at Pinnacle Bank in Murfreesboro, TN. From the moment I walked in, she treated me like family. Courtney is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to connect me with the right people. Her professionalism and kindness made my banking experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a bank that truly cares, I highly recommend Pinnacle Bank—especially with Courtney leading the way. She is simply amazing!

I've been working with Marcus Victory at the SE Broad and Rutherford branch of Pinnacle Bank. He's professional, available, returns calls and a pleasure to work with! I have a disabled husband and Marcus took his lunch time to come bring the paperwork to us to sign. Highly recommend that branch and Debbie is fabulous at getting your account set it. Kelly, my favorite teller is marvelous! They are like family! I love going in to visit versus drive through!

I finally paid off my loan with this idiotic institution and so glad I did. They were charging me $5 every month and when I called and ask them why, they said I didn't have at least $500 in my savings account. Well, to my surprise I was never told of this policy when I opened my account with them. If I was told about this fee, then I would have kept the balance above $500! Calling their customer service was no picnic either. The agent was not knowledgeable and was not very nice. I will now close my account and never come back!

This bank has messed up another deposit. We walk in and give them a check and they put it in someone else's account. And it takes days for them to fix. I don't understand how a bank can keep doing this. We are looking for a new bank. Once is to much, twice for the same customer in a couple months is incompetent. Don't bank here!!

This bank sucks. They are never open, especially at times I can make it there. I am in school and they are closed before I can get over there. The app never works and they are completely rude to you. I just want to deposit my checks but I never can. Sometimes they won't let me even do it because I'm under 18 and legally can't. Hate it there. Definitely moving banks.

Long story short, they denied me a loan because I don't have any ties in the state - meaning I live outside of Memphis. Discrimination much?

The team at Pinnacle on Memorial must be the most helpful and friendly group of bank professionals in the world. I go in several times a week and every assistant is knowledgeable and very efficient. After dozens and dozens of transactions, we have never had a mistake. Each time I go in, there is always other clients there who you can tell have a long history with that branch because of the comfort and casual demeanor with the Pinnacle team. Banking is relationships and the Pinnacle team on Memorial are the best!

I switched to Pinnacle (formerly Calvary) Bank when my last bank began charging a service fee. I've now been with them for ten years. Here are some of the reasons I've stayed: FREE free checking. Others have begun charging monthly fees, but not here. Online banking is the most fluid and useful layout I've seen. I've had three different online banking accounts altogether, but Pinnacle's is the best and easiest to use. When my debit card information was stolen, the bank flagged the transaction and immediately called me. I went down to this branch and was issued a replacement card on the spot (no mailing and waiting) Over the last ten years I have never had the bank make a mistake on my account. There aren't many places where you can have zero complaints after ten years.
