This location is short on experienced staff and they're not able to help with transactions or technical issues. Also you definitely want to sanitize at Old Fort Pkwy location before touching ANY equipment.

I’m from out of state and my check was not working. The front staff was very nice and helpful. I was in at 5am so you could expert most would not be so willing to go the extra to help. She did! Thank you ?

I just signed up in june and they charged my account 4 times saying i owe them for june and july when you all said its 1 to sign up.Then they hit me again for $49 and $15.It makes no sense to me.Im done dealing with planet fitness

there’s always homeless people hanging out outside around the gym which makes me feel very uncomfortable to go to the gym alone at night.
