We have traded at Publix on S. Rutherford since it opened the doors. I have never had any complaint about the service and we have continued to shop there in spite of the fact that I feel like I am paying more. The fact that you can't buy 1 pound of beef there has always bothered me. Today I encountered the rudest cashier ever. I couldn't do anything right. I didn't present my coupons correctly, I didn't show my license at the right time, I didn't get the cart emptied soon enough. In spite of all of those problems, I still payed the place $500. for one cart of groceries. I will drive the extra 2 miles to Kroger in the future. It's not worth the extra money, especially now.

I've had nothing but friendly, helpful, courteous service while shopping at this Publix. It's significantly cleaner than many other superstores in the area. Parking is easy and carts are kept under control. The deli has many great options at affordable prices when I'm looking for a quick dinner choice. What's not to love? Great job, Publix staff!

The worst customer service I have ever seen! Was told by the lady behind the deli counter has only a few minutes till she was off and to go away! If I could leave no stars I would!

I do not traditionally shop at Publix. The main reason is because it's not convenient to where I live. But when I'm looking for fresh bread, picnic pork roast or freshly made fried chicken this is my go to place. I ordered fried chicken legs and thighs. 12 pcs for right around $12. They prepared the chicken to order. So I had to return a short bit later. Totally worth it. I received hot crispy fried chicken. And very tasty I might add. They also have a great looking deli with freshly made subs. A soup and salad bar as well.

It is getting difficult to find a quality pharmacy. I had Publix request a refill on a drug I have been taking for years and they say the doctor denied it. If the doctor had denied it, I know that I would have been notified and told why. The pharmacy didn’t even notify me that it had been denied. The pharmacist was very nonchalant about it and was not concerned that I would be doing without it. I have found that information you receive from this pharmacy is not always correct, and I have had to talk to the district manager to get the right information. What a shame!!!

Be careful filling at publix on s Rutherford they refused to fill a medication that i have taken before never will i fill here again and I will be callinf CorporateCorporate office of the pharmacy

So a huge hug and kudos to our Publics on Rutherford Blvd. Thurs. morning I’m headed to work. I stop there to pick up something for a quick breakfast or lunch. Love their fruit and yogurt parfait for breakfast. But, they make a mean sushi and I wanted to grab one for lunch. It’s early and they are not set up yet. The area was cleaned and not ready yet. This Publix pharmacy has goofed up our prescriptions month after month. It's definitely time to look for another pharmacy. Too bad, because this one is nearby.

They never phoned me to let me know my prescription was ready once I lost my insurance they wouldn't even let me get my free medicine there.

I last shopped at this Publix on Wed., April 1. ( I have been a shopper there, at least once a week, since the store opened.) I shopped again today (Apr. 13). I have not been out of my house in the intervening period. I was very happy today to see the one-way aisles, marked clearly. I did see many who were not following the plan. I appreciated the periodic announcements asking shoppers to keep six feet distance from others. I saw NO employees wearing masks or gloves ( except for gloves in the Meat Dept.). I had to ask the check out lady to clean the place where I was to put my grocery items - about $126.00 worth. ( I did not see nearly enough shoppers wearing masks and practically noone wearing gloves, but of course Publix cannot do anything about that.)
